They really helped out for an out of state funeral and coordinated everything!

Beautiful. I would have given a 5 star, but covid-19 delayed. Not their fault.

My sister and I took my mother to this highly recommended business, because we were told they were the best, approximately 12 hours after my dad had passed away.

The business is located in a complex with their home. The first mishap occurred when my mom tripped over uneven decking, falling and cutting her arm. I should have realized that was a bad sign.

We agreed on headstones, a dual one for my parents and an additional one for my brother, and paid in FULL! We were specific about their names, 1 L in Philip for both. That was April of 2022. We were supposed to get the mockup within a week. In June when I contacted them, they sent me a mockup with 2 L’s in Philip on each headstone. I was sent a correction fairly quickly, that was the only thing that moved quickly.

Fast forward to July and August when I called and emailed with no responses. At one point, we found out that the original artist had placed the mock up in a “finished” file, so it was never being processed. A new artist had to create the mockup, adding additional time to the process.

This brought us into February 2023 with no updates. Again, I called monthly and was told someone would call me within the hour. Very rarely did that happen so I would call again with no real answers. And then was told it was essentially a supply and demand issue and they had to wait on the materials. Yet others in the same cemetery, who had passed away after dad, were getting their headstones.

A full year, following my dad‘s death, we had no headstone. Nothing to attach flowers to on the 1st anniversary of his death.

Moving into the fall, my sister called and was told there was a delivery for November 15. She called on November 15, and there was only a base, but no headstone. She was told hopefully in the next shipment within two weeks.

On December 23, I was called and told that the headstone had been delivered. Nearly 5 weeks after the base had been delivered.
Not a sorry for the wait, not a sorry for the delay, or any apology of any kind, despite the headstones being fully paid on April 29, 2022.

So Merry Christmas to our family this year, 20 months after we first approached this company to have a headstone put in. My mother saw it today for the first time and said, “got my first Christmas present.”

They have had a military marker since approximately September of 2022. We have called several times to have it placed. We have been waiting for a call for placement, but they do not call you back. I am sure they have been paid by the VA administration. What a way to treat a veteran.
