SOAR is fantastic! The workouts are great and the movement is dynamic. The instructors are kind and motivational and offer a unique experience at every class. No matter your fitness level there is a class for you at this friendly, fun studio.

I was from OOT visiting my daughter & was able to observe the class she attended on saturday June 22nd. The ladies in the class were awesome & supportive of each other and the instructor was fantastic!! No wonder my daughter loves to go to these classes!!

Love this gym! Bungee fitness is the best! Although we are harnessed in it is still fun.
