Comfortable atmosphere with great food and great service! Brandon made us feel welcome and took great care of our table!!! Everything was delicious we had fried pickles, classic BLT, 3 different types of burgers and everyone at the table agreed it was fantastic! Also, we all agree these are some of the best fries we've ever had anywhere 😋

The Ladderhouse Burger doesn’t disappoint and kudos to the cook for preparing my burger to perfection. The house chips are an all-time favorite and a must every time! Try the fried dill pickles…OMGEEE!

Service was outstanding! The food was exactly what we were looking for easy bar burger and chicken sandwich with fries done to perfection.

We have gone to The Ladderhouse several times and each time the food was delicious. We are food snobs, so if we keep going back, it’s has to be good! We have had pretty much everything on the menu. The fish and chips, fried green beans (picture), and wings are our favorites. They have daily specials too.
Sarah is always pleasant and quick to take our orders. This is definitely our favorite local establishment for good food and cold beer 🍺

The Ruben and BBQ sandwiches were great. The fries were hot and crispy. Nice waitress, just a little noisy with the slot machines.

Got a NY strip for 15 dollars on Tuesday night special. Made me happy. 2 pool tables and friendly staff. My pool team met up and shot for 3 or so hours and we enjoyed it.

First time dining here, and it was OUTSTANDING. My burger was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Very nice people, its a great neighborhood bar, with standard things to do like TV, pool, and darts.

…This place is a true gem. They accommodated a larger party on short notice snd everyone was served at right about the same time! Quick in, quick out! The food has been top-notch consistently for at least the past ten years. Their lunch menu is both affordable and very good —prompt service, friendly atmosphere, and very hospitable. Definitely a good stop for lunch. You could even get wings on Mondays as a special during the lunch hour.A must stop if you’re in the area for lunch— Christie was a great waitress as well! We’ll be back

Wonderful experience! Bar tender, I believe her name was Heather, was wonderful and so very pleasant. My boyfriend and I took a long weekend from N.J. to WV/MA/VA and having a quick lunch here (I stress quick) really influenced our trip. Now, the food.... just as amazing as the service.

A nice ride from Hagerstown on the motorcycle. We stopped for a bite to eat. Prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. It was clean and the service was outstanding too.

An update on Ladder House Bar & Grill:
I have been coming here over the last few years. The food remains very tasty, the atmosphere and patrons are great, and the bartender Kayla is very attentive and polite. I always refer people to the Ladder House when they say they would like a good burger.

I agree with the reviews here. My wife and I just visited the ladder house for the first time. Bartender was quite friendly, the cook also came out and asked if we were pleased with the food. Fish and chips were great. Not sure what the tater sauce ingredients are, but it is distinctively different. It was great with the fries, which were nice and crispy. We will definitely be back!

This facility looks a little more like a bar then a grill, but you would be mistaken. The food was absolutely fantastic! The staff were all very attentive and kind. Asked for locations to visit and they even provided several locations. Draft beer was great and the clientele were kind. Must be 21 to enter...just a heads up.

Great place. Food was awesome, I had the Reuben, it was perfectly done. The friends I went with said their food was great. The bartender was good asked if we needed refills before our drinks were empty. Awesome service and definitely recommend stop in and a meal.

SO AMAZING!!!! Went with a group of friends, the place was empty so being from Miami I was super hesitant. When we see an empty place we immediately assume it's not great, I was so pleasantly surprised! Bartender took our orders and then went and cooked them! Fantastic service, drinks, food, everything. Can't wait to go back to West Virginia, definitely visiting this place again!
