Independent Bible Church

Very nice church. Everyone welcomed us. The music was good, the sermon was spot on.

Sadly, this experience was for my friend's father's funeral. Everything was done according to Covid code. Huge facility and very nicely decorated! Didn't know many people, but instantly felt included. Family type congregation where everybody knows your name. Very welcoming and an enormous variety of small pamphlets/literature/bookmarks for faith, healing, spirit, relationships, finance, questions, grief, love, sin,...etc. Tons of information on a variety of ways to get involved and be motivated. Beautiful!

Independent Bible is one of the larger churches in the area and has quite a few ministries for anyone of any age or church background. The size of their facility can be intimidating but the people are very welcoming once you are inside. Their teaching is as advertised; they preach the Bible as it is for people as they are. They are unapologetic about their commitment to preach and teach the Bible literally, grammatically, and historically in a way that is clear and easily understood by anyone. However, despite their commitment to this philosophy there is not a force fed attitude that you find in some churches. People from all walks of life could feel comfortable coming and hearing what they have to say without any high pressure "you need to buy in" pitch. They have a wealth of literature on their ministries and the pastoral staff is very easy to schedule a meet with and talk to if you have more personal questions.

I Love the Fearlessness of the pastors to preach on issues that need to be addressed! How they speak the Truth in Love! I have been so blessed by the small group ladies bible studies and the childrens programs!

This is a friendly and Bible believing church blessed with many great teachers, musicians and singers. There are programs for any age group​ and even though it is a large congregation, there are many ways to get involved with small groups that are very personal. College classes through Appalachian Bible College are taught here as well.

We visited for the Passion play. The play was excellent. The life of Christ was portrayed in a clear and meaningful manner. The church really cares about the Lord and people.

The Pastors at this church are dedicated to teaching the Bible so you can understand and full of loving people. Been going there since 2005.

A robust, diverse congregation with excellent bible based teachings and activities for ALL ages. Large, well organized, closely supervised youth ministry.

This is an amazing place to worship with caring and welcoming people. This church teaches the Bible as it is. There is no adding things to it.

Love this place grew up going to this church used to walk there every Wednesday just for youth group it is a great atmosphere to grow up in Helps you meet good friends and helpful people
