We really enjoyed our visit to Brix 27 and will definately be back
Intetesting wine list offering different size pours, flighs and bottles. Fun cocktail menu. Menu is tapad style, mostly small plates designed to share. Everything was delicious and tasted fresh.
Our server Connie was awesome! She answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome

I came here tonight with my boyfriend for my birthday. It was his first time and my second. Connie was our waitress and she was an absolute delight! We kept saying how wonderful and attentive and knowledgeable (we asked a ton of questions, sorry!!!) she was, she was just so sweet the entire time! She even brought me out cake with candles at the end. I felt so special! The food was INCREDIBLE! Deviled eggs, truffle fries, flatbread, beef tips, bread…..to die for! I can’t wait for the new menu to come out, as we are only a couple miles from the restaurant.

Huge thanks for Brix 27 and Connie for making my 35th birthday delicious and memorable. Cannot wait to return.

Patrick (manager) has been SO accommodating. Held my daughter's 32nd birthday party there in their private dining room. Such a fantastic group of employees! Riley took special care to ensure we all felt special. Anna was so helpful as well, providing the information I needed to put this gathering in place. I would recommend Brix to anyone looking for an elevated dining experience, especially for private events. We will definitely be back ❤

What a great find! We showed up without a reservation and they were able to sit us in the bar area with couches/chairs. The table was small but it had fold out sections so it ended up being perfect. I didn’t get a chance to take photos of all of the food but we ordered the Foccia and Tuna appetizers, Short Rib, Scallops and Gnocchi. For dessert we got the banana foster crème brûlée and cookie. The cocktails and wine were also great. Everything was fresh and delicious, I cannot wait to go back. The highlight was definitely our server Connie. She was honest about her recommendations and just a doll! A great experience start to finish.

Brix 27 is my favorite place to go in Martinsburg. They are constantly refreshing their menu with new items. Their wine flights are fantastic and they make phenomenal cocktails. The food is consistently delicious. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. If friends ever want to meet for cocktails or a fabulous dinner this is my go-to suggestion.

My son and I stopped in twice while headed through the area on business. Nice, comfortable spot, top notch, attentive service (we had the same server both nights) and really terrific food at a reasonable price. Only a couple of entrées over $30. Good selection of local beers and a well-stocked bar. Well worth the trip if you're headed up or down I-81. Now, I have to find out where I can get Smooth Ambler bourbon in upstate NY.

Awesome atmosphere in small town America. The Flatbread was unique especially when everywhere does Flatbread. The peppers and hot honey were a great touch. The highlight was the tuna appetizer. The fried wontons were light but durable as they held up to the avocado and sauce. This is a must stop in Martinsburg WV. Ask for Jess the Bartender. She is kind and knowledgeable.

When my fiancé and I are in the mood to really treat ourselves, Brix is the go to! The atmosphere is so laid back, yet classy feeling. Everything on the menu is delicious, and you can tell the kitchen is a tight run ship. Service has always been outstanding and tonight we had the pleasure of Connie taking care of us. She made excellent suggestions throughout our dinner, was perfectly attentive, and truly kind. Every server we have had here seems to be well rounded and experienced in the industry. We can’t recommend Brix enough!

The best Tapas restaurant in the Eastern Panhandle. Caution, the selections are larger than standard portions. We've had just about every menu item, and everyone has been great. Notable mentions include the Braised Short Rib, Truffle Fries, Carbonara Mac & Cheese, Pan Seared Salmon, Tomato & Red Pepper BMeatballs. Spicy Lamb "Merguez" meatballs. The deserts were most excellent, including the Flourless Chocolate Cake, Creme Brulee. I do suggest reservations on busy days. The kitchen is an open concept. There are plenty of seating options from the main area, dining in the bar room, at the bar, and loft seating. The staff are very friendly and helpful with the menu. Honestly, I'd expect to see this place in Northern Virginia and I hope it isn't too far ahead of its time in the Eastern Panhandle. We very much recommend Brix 27. Connie was an excellent server with great knowledge of the menu and very helpful.

I very much liked everything about the restaurant. Our server Connie was very sweet. Plates were very creative and tasty. A couple of things that can be improved though. I think Burrata needs some work. I initially thought it was lack of salt, but it was still tasteless, might be the olive oil, couldn't figure out. Also, ipad was glitchy, which made it a bit annoying to pick a wine.

We recently moved to Inwood from Northern VA and have been really missing the great food we’ve grown accustomed to. We checked out Brix 27 and we were not disappointed! The atmosphere is very laid back and cozy. The staff is so friendly and attentive! Connie knew the ins and outs of the entire menu and was incredibly gracious. Mason was training with her and I can see why ! She was amazing. They both did an incredible job ensuring we knew what to order, that our food was brought out in a timely matter , and that we were happy. The Baked Brie shareable was to die for. My husband’s short rib was delicious and I had the chefs special of the day. Food was 10/10. The dessert was 12/10! The cast iron s’mores cookie melts in your mouth and is sweet without being overloaded. The PB&J bread pudding felt risky but the flavor combination and textures were unreal. We were offered a complimentary wine tasting. Although we are not drinkers and declined the offer, we were still given 15% any wine bottle to get as a gift for someone. We will definitely be back! Thank you Connie and Mason for a great experience!

Loved this place. Upscale decor, prep kitchen out in the open, Ryan was an excellent server. Explained everything to us, as it was our first time. Brussel sprouts are killer. Margherita Flatbread was better than anywhere else. Will visit here again when we're in the area. Note: Wine pours are 5oz.

It was my first time here.
The atmosphere is very lovely.
The food menu is very minimal so if you're hungry, make sure you eat before you go. The service was good... just took a little longer since we had a big party. Enjoy!

Kim was great! We stopped by for drinks and she was super knowledgeable! We weren't sure what to get and she recommended the perfect drinks to us. We loved them and most definitely will be back to see her again soon!

We love Brix! The atmosphere is very modern yet cozy. The staff is always so welcoming, and the food is purely divine. Each bite melts in your mouth.

It’s perfectly elegant for date night, but my niece was also dancing with joy while munching on her flatbread pizza - Not a dish we haven’t loved!
