Shout out to the service department for getting me in quick on a Friday. Everyone I talked to was more than pleasant and calm and trying to give me the best service that they could. Erica did a fantastic job on getting me straightened out and kept me up to date on what was happening. Most of the bad reviews on here are just people that have zero patience or expect things to be free! (Which is definitely not the case when using a GM certified dealer) Great business! Thank you guys again!

Thank you to Robert and Kyle. They went above and beyond to help me with my 2000 GMC Sierra on a Saturday minutes before closing time. They could have easily said "come back later", but they spent over 30 minutes helping me find and order the parts I needed. Highly recommend.

Best dealer experience I've had. A very complex process of buying a car in another state to me was made fairly easy. Can't say enough good about Erica, Jeremy, and Gary.

The staff are very friendly and courteous. The estimated time for the service work is always pretty accurate. The lounge area is clean and orderly.

The only critique I would have is the breakdown on the invoice. The invoice was difficult to decipher. I would suggest looking at that to see if there is a better way to itemize it when someone is getting multiple things done such as an oil change and tire rotation etc.

We had an issue with with a service visit, that was not noticed for a few days after our visit and a 4 hour trip away from the area. We were able to return home and called the service department on Monday morning where I spoke to Service Manager Greg. He was a pleasure to speak to and work with. He made everything correct right away, without hesitation. Very impressed with the customer Service. Highly recommend Opequon for sales and service.

I didn't have my car serviced on the 7th, I was calling to see if anyone else was having issues with the exhaust on their vehicles. I had my car checked at a different garage and they informed me that they had numerous owners bring the same year, make, and model in for the same issue. I cannot afford to pay for this issue and if it should be added to the recall list. I would appreciate any advise on this.

Greg and the whole crew in the service department always go above and beyond to give me exactly what I'm looking for. They are always honest and punctual when it comes to repairing my GMC and getting me back on the road, wouldn't go anywhere else for service

Erica is a rock star. I gave her my criteria for a car choice, my budget and my less than stellar credit. She met my expectations and then exceeded them. After test driving my car, I was in the finance office for 15 minutes (I read every contract word). Opequon Motors' staff were kind, courteous and problem solvers. I had a phenomenal experience and recommend them to everyone. I'm also considering a second vehicle (SUV) in the future and Opequon is my first stop. Thank you Erica...

Everything went great with the dealership. Everything was as expected far as the buying process went. Was in and out quickly which was great since I had a 5-Hour drive back home. I wish the vehicle had not broke down on the way home but that does not reflect on the actual dealership. That's on GMC's poor quality control.

The easiest car repair experience of my life was at Opequan Motors today. We moved here from Northern Virginia, where shops sometimes kept my car for a couple weeks and it was never less than $1000 pretty much no matter what was wrong.

Today we made an appointment. I arrived right on time, pulled my car under the convenient covered parking area, went inside the shiny building. Super nice, knowledgeable girl helped me. They took my car in exactly on time, i waited just a few minutes (maybe 15) when they came out with a report and a price.

I agreed, and next thing i knew as i waited in the cushy tv room, my car was ready and pulled up right outside. I paid & left!

We are just so accustomed to dropping a car off the night before.. possibly hearing nothing for days.. spending a fortune.. this was such a wonderful experience!
