They had just what I wanted and the price was perfect!

I went into this store the first time and the salesman was amazing and went back to purchase the salesman (a different one) really needs some customer service skills.. he walked to the back twice right by us not offering assistance. When he finally did he wanted to know if we had any questions. I was very agitated by this time and had already decided to not buy there. Some of the employees there need some customer service lessons.

I paid for my furniture two weeks ago was told by their sales manager that all my stuff was in the warehouse. Now they tell me my bed is not their and it will be nov 15 before it will even ship. They are doing nothing about but telling me I have to wait. They know it wasn’t their on the day I paid for it. Couldn’t even call to tell me it wasn’t their. Had to call to come pick it up before telling me.
