Very nice store!
We were looking for a West Virginia sweater and they carried some very nice ones on sale! Sadly, they didn't have an XL in stock of the crewshirt we wanted but it got us excited to visit more to find it!

Also met a very nice employee there that was super helpful. I really wish I could remember what her name was...😭

You all need to get out to the sales because the store has loads of clothes. Sales sales sales!! I will go back when I have more time!!

I often shop at J C Penney, but today I just had a return. I didn't have the receipt, but they refunded my purchase price with no problem at all.
I have always been pleased with the products and service at J C Penney.

Just went in to browse. Ended up Needing a dressing room. Had 2 courteous sales clerks to help me. Was a good experience

Great employees. Had 4 of them helping us as we had a huge order ( 4000 at full retail ) and they were fast and friendly even though we were checking out after closing. Good store in general, clean and well organized

Today was my best friend's birthday and they treated him like a king. He's autistic. And I've never seen him so happy. I wish I had thought to get pictures. They helped him pick out shoes to help them pick out a vest. Excellent staff. The manager should be proud.

Very clean. Employees friendly but not intrusive. Loved shopping in there. Mall was clean and had various rides for the children and many places to eat..

Auper friendly associates. Store has a great price match policy and it's easy to invoke that. Good quality items, too. Check prices on the website before buying in store
They'll match their site and it brings their pricing down close to stores like Walmart with much higher quality.

Very clean store. All the racks of clothes are kept neat. All the folks who work there are very nice always willing to help out or answer questions.

Came to West Virginia for a funeral, and had to purchase a suit for my husband. JCPenney's menswear clerk was so helpful. She assisted in finding a suit, tie, socks, belt, shirt all in the right sizes very quickly, and expressed heartfelt condolences to someone she had just met. What a kind and thoughtful employee. Thank you JCPenney, for hiring such a fine employee.

New to Area, wife losted her wedding ring. So after going to some other places I wouldn't mention. I found all most the same ring I saved 184 dollars hopefully she will be surprised on Christmas, don't tell her

Got a few nice deals shopping there. Most employees were helpful. Was looking for a men's winter coat but selection is slim.
