SpringHill Suites by Marriott Morgantown

After reading previous recent reviews, we were somewhat hesitant to stop here, but after the long day traveling, I was like "I'll deal with it!" and told my husband it was time get out of the car.

Sure glad we did!! We saw no problems. The lobby was neat and clean, the staff very friendly and the room was extremely comfortable. It had an area that was separated from the bed area and had a couch, desk, sink, fridge, and microwave and REAL glasses above the "kitchen sink".The bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable we've slept in (and we're old).

It looks like we will change our "go to" hotels while traveling to SpringHill Suites. (The price was comparable to others in the area!!)

I booked this hotel for the Pitt game last minute as it was the only reasonably priced hotel left and was slightly nervous based on reviews. However, I found the staff to be incredibly friendly, checked me in over the phone, and answered all my questions. The room was very clearly newly renovated and was very nice. Shower water pressure wasn’t great but perfectly fine for one night. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice hotel! The staff were very accommodating. They followed through on what they said- which is rare anymore. Hotel has a nice pool and hot tub which is open late. The breakfast was awesome with a lot of good choices! Beds were comfortable. Bathroom could use updating but still very functional. We would definitely stay here again.

Deacon, Kayla and I went to Springhill Suites and Inn at Morgantown for our doctor's appointments. We had to stay at the hotel overnight and it was very nice. The room was a double room suite and was extremely nice.

The beds were soft! The bathroom has great water pressure. The breakfast was Hot and had several choices!
Indoor Pool and Hot Tub was very nice! It doesn't close until 11pm.
I definitely would stay there again!

Nice rooms. Could use some deep cleaning but over all pretty neat.

I had been driving all day and stopped in without a reservation. Hotel staff were very nice and the room they assigned me was very clean. The breakfast was better than I imagined given COVID restrictions and inability to serve buffet style meals. The most important detail...coffee was good and hot.

Fantastic place ! Well worth the money! Great CLEAN spacious rooms. Heated pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was the BOMB! Breakfast itself was worth $15 a person! Great staff, very accommodating!

Started one night here. The hotel and the rooms were clean and quiet. The free breakfast was decent (I don't expect a 5 star meal). Everyone was helpful and polite.

This hotel was outstanding. It was very nicely decorated, it was clean, it smelled good, the rooms were spacious and quiet. You really couldn't hear any noise from other rooms. The pool and hot tub were clean and felt amazing. The customer service was excellent! We paid for two nights but on the morning of the second day, we found out that my father's surgery had been postponed and we really needed to go home, so after explaining to the front desk what was going on, without hesitation, they refunded our money for the second night and told us to come back and stay when we returned! Very impressed. Definitely worth a 5 star rating for that!

It was clean and a nice set up. It had a nice regular sized breakfast bar that was open all the way until 10:00. Our suite was also nice and we got our towels that we needed quickly. It was just a nice hotel and pretty regular. Nothing to little but nothing to much.

They were really accommodating. It's hard to travel with my husband when he works because of the strange hours. They let him check in 2 hours early just so me and the kids had a place to go! Then the next day they let us hang around after we had checked out because we had a few hours to kill. They let us watch TV in the lobby and gave the boys hot cookies! We had to bring our service dog and they were very amazing about it. They didn't give us any trouble at all, which usually people aren't so kind about her being with us because she is still in training. The pool was great! Nice and warm. The gym had a nice little variety for the small area. All the employees were very welcoming and nice. We only stayed a night but everytime we talked to someone, it seemed like we've been there a while!

Love love love Springhill Suites! The Beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at a Hotel. Everything can be great or terrible at any given Hotel but it really comes down to that bed.... if the bed is awesome then you sleep great and awake feeling ready and refreshed. If it's not then you are stiff and have not slept well and are thus probably cranky. This location was great all around. No real view for being in the mountains but the pool area was well maintained and the lobby was clean and cozy. I felt very relaxed and comfortable while there. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was your normal hot and cold breakfast as expected any Hotel offering hot/cold breakfast.

Very comfortable beds were a little uncomfy after several days but always felt good when you're on them. Very short drive from saberton to Morgantown awesome stay

This is a very clean, non-smoking hotel. Were very thankful for the last minute arrangements for a king room at midnight! Decent breakfast selection and jolly personality of the lady serving breakfast! 🙂 Intend to keep this place in mind if the opportunity comes again to stay overnight!

Standard Marriott property... which means it was very well set up, clean, had friendly staff, and a good breakfast in the morning. Not related to the hotel itself, but dining in the surrounding area is very limited. Most restaurants are open for drive thru or carry out, but we went to 4 different places before finding one (a Burger King, LOL) that we could go into and eat. I'll stay there again, but I'll go in knowing that I'll either be eating a Whopper, or eating carry out in my hotel room.

My family stayed here for a wedding and we had a great experience. Jessie checked us in and went out of her way to give us restaurant recommendations and make sure we were comfortable. The rooms are large and clean. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and hot tub. Thank you SpringHill Suites!

The close proximity to major highways was great. The staff were all friendly and so helpful, as We had 10 people arriving for a family member's funeral, and coming from as far away as 8 hours. The room we had was so wonderful. I wished we were on a vacation, and the double beds were soft and the pillows were fantastic...thanks to Marriott, which has also employed Many relatives and I can't wait to stay again#

I think everything was recently renovated. Everything looks brand new. The mattresses, the furniture, tvs, and the carpet.

The front desk staff were super friendly and warm to the people who really needed a safe place to stay this weekend. The rooms were great and the beds felt amazing. I highly recommend coming here!!!
