I have been seeing Dr. Weaver for years and he is now my PCP. He always does a great job to ensure I have what I need to feel better ASAP. Nurse Shannon is always cheerful and helpful. She took my blood today and I did not even feel the stick. I could not recommend them more!! Thanks Dr. Weaver, Nurse Shannon and Team!!

Multiple members of our family have recently visited the Pelham location for urgent care needs. We have had an excellent experience with nurse Shannon, Scott Money NP, and Dr. Wever. Nurse Shannon was compassionate, and very thorough in explaining things to me during my last visit. I really appreciated how she treated me. I felt cared for, and she earned my trust by taking time with me. Scott and Dr. Wever also are not rushed, very compassionate, and take time to listen and validate concerns. Highly recommend!

Dr Wever is an exceptional Doctor in every respect! Informative, knowledgeable, sincere, approachable and very patient! I would not hesitate to share my experience with anyone looking for a Primary Care Physician. Very satisfied!

I had been trying for several days to get in contact with someone to help me with my prescriptions after a recent visit and patient portal was done. I finally got a call from Shannon in the Pelham office and I must say she was a breath of fresh air. She was so polite and took ownership for something that was beyond her control. Medhelp needs MORE employees like Shannon!!! Thank you Shannon for making a bad few days turn around!

I came in needing to be tested for Covid, strep, and the flu. After signing in, I was in the lobby for fewer than five minutes, the nurse (Nichole) called me back and immediately went to work on my situation and treated me both professionally and personably, the two qualities I look for most in a medical office. She ran my tests, came back in fairly quickly, provided me with my results, and took me directly to an exam room, where I waited maybe two minutes for the doctor, who treated me like I was important, and worked with me to determine my treatment. The nurse who came in to give me two shots handled me with care. All in all, I was out in about 20-25 minutes and on my way feeling like I had just enjoyed a positive experience.

Dr. Wever was most helpful when I tested positive with Covid. The staff was helpful, interested and informative.

Amazing staff! When I arrived I could tell the staff was tired, and I figured out they had been really busy all day before I got there. Regardless, from the front door throughout my visit they could not have been more professional or courteous. They are very thorough, LISTEN to you when you tell them your symptoms, and try to treat your actual problem instead of just making you part of an assembly line to test you for whatever seems to be going around and prescribing you the same thing they prescribe everyone else on any given day. Everybody was professional, cared about actually helping, and they just seemed like genuinely nice people.

I was referred to MedHelp Pelham to get my immunizations and vaccinations current for Nursing School, and Shannon was very pleasant with a great attitude! She made the entire process a breeze! The staff overall was great, but Shannon really made my experience even better. I will be back again if I need anything else!

Should’ve left this review two years ago when I visited - but here I am now.

This is the ONLY medical facility I’ve ever been to in my adult life that I was able to leave satisfied, informed, taken care of, you name it.

Most other places I’ve had my pain or concerns written off as “well it’s probably anxiety, it’s probably your work schedule, it’s probably your period, it’s probably your diet”

This is the only medical facility that I can say I walked into, was thoroughly examined, was shown my X-rays and had explained to me what was going on with me, and walked away with the information for the correct specialist to help me with treatment.

I was never “gaslighted”. I went in, I did paperwork, I explained my issue, and I was listened to - I didn’t have to ask for an X-ray.
My concerns were heard, and they referred me to someone who was able to give me my life back, and was given the RIGHT medication to stop my chronic migraines in the meantime until physical therapy could take over right off the bat - no trial and error, no “try this and if it doesn’t work we’ll do further testing then.”

I never thought an urgent care would be the place that took care of me far better than any hospital or PCP, but I will never not recommended this specific facility.

Thank you for listening and getting me the help I needed and THANK YOU for not making me feel like I was being over dramatic. As someone who avoids medical visits as much as possible specifically because of the fear of being told “it’s all in my head” - the way your office treated me has done wonders for me and my quality of life. Thank you!!

I have never been here before but will definitely go back (and suggest others go here too)! The staff was very helpful and patient. My nurse, Angel, was just that... an angel😇. She did everything in her power to make me comfortable. I don't want to be disrespectful, but the doctor was so young! But he was cute and had a marvelous bedside manner. He wanted to give me good medical advice as well as make me happy.

As it turns out, his decision actually saved my life. I wish I knew his name... but he was fair and wonderful!

Dr. Weaver and his nurse Jill are the absolute best! They are thorough, personable, and are confident in what they are telling you about the reason you are being seen, giving you the peace of mind that you are getting the best care. I have been using this location for over 3 years, and will not consider going any where else for my primary care needs.

I have been using MedHelp in Pelham for several years now and I don't have enough good things to say about them. From start to finish, the team of nurses and assistants they have is always so helpful and kind. It's always good to see Jessicas smiling face when you walk in the door! She definitely goes that extra mile to make sure you are taken care of and that's so important! Dr. Wever is always very patient and kind and truly cares about helping you and your family. Love the new office! 5 out of 5 stars..would recommend these guys every time!

Went in to get a covid test not knowing they were about to close, but they still were very professional. The receptionist, I think Mrs. Jessica, was very patient with me and also very helpful. She made sure I was ok until it was time for me to be seen. Definitely would recommend to my friends and family.

I was very pleased with the care and treatment I received from Dr. Wever and the medical staff during my recent urgent care visit. Dr. Wever was astute and thorough in assessing my symptoms, testing, and determining appropriate treatment. Days later, I am much improved and very pleased with the results. All of the staff were kind and thoughtful. Despite the fact that I came mid-afternoon and without an advance appointment, I received full attention and care without ever feeling rushed or hurried.

The staff were polite, efficient and competent. The doctor was nice and didn't order unnecessary tests. It was my best experience at an urgent care clinic in the area. The medhelp new patient process was simple and I liked being able to list the medicines before seeing the nurse. I definitely will go back.

Our first experience with this facility and Dr. Wever. The wait time was relatively short, although they were very busy. The staff is incredible, and Dr. Wever was warm, compassionate and actually listened! An actually pleasant experience.

Absolutely one of the best experiences ever. Very professional care provided by a very professional healthcare provider. Jillian explained everything in a way that I could understand and showed great compassion for the severe pain I was experiencing. Thank you so much for being there when I needed help. Dr. Wever was excellent 👍 took care of my forehead laceration in just a few minutes. Never know now that there was a cut there great job.

By far the BEST experience at an urgent care I’ve ever had!! Great staff and patient care! I was in and out (with prescriptions called in) all within 45 minutes! The doctor listened to my concerns and was the first to ever ask me what had worked for me in the past. I would refer anyone to this clinic. AMAZING!

We have used this clinic for years and have had a great experience every time! There is hardly ever a wait. We’ve been twice since it changed ownership and the quality of care is still great! This morning my 8 year old and I were both treated for sinus infections. The doctor and staff were wonderful...especially Mrs. Ophelia. She is the best “shot giver” I’ve ever had! Didn’t feel a thing! Quick, thorough and kind! Great place for the whole family!
