Really a 4.5 but not as low as a 4. Garden center usually stocked well. The only issue there is sod. I usually have to go to the Hoover store since this one is usually out.
Plenty of appliances to choose from. Paint, outdoor cooking, charcoal, propane exchange, and tool rentals. Including machines and trucks. Normal building supplies.

Just wanted to give a “shout out” to a kind young man, Noah. I had the privilege to meet him today. He exhibited excellent customer service skills by taking time to help ensure me that I was leaving the store with the correct item. You just cannot find this kind of service anymore. Thank you so much, Noah! You are awesome!

The nice lady at customer service, I think her name was Che?…. Maybe? idk but just had an overall positive experience from her with my return process she made things so damn easy for me!!!! Thank u Che and Home Depot!!! I will be returning soon!!!!

Home Depot has proven to me that they have the right staff & management needed in a world where sophisticated technology and hardware are integrated. Everyone from the first associate who greets you to the sales staff, the merchandisers, cashiers, customer service, etc. are top-notch people who seem to really like where they are and what they're doing. They all treat you like a friend and not just another customer, and it's like that every time I'm there!!
1 example >> I was leaving there at closing time one evening after shopping. After loading my vehicle, I started walking the cart back. An associate gathering all the other carts stopped and came over and said he'd get it. I said no, I got it, but thank you. Not the most glorious job gathering carts all day & night...but this young gentleman stops everything to take my cart. THAT is something folks remember!! I know I will.

My wife stopped here while traveling with our little camper and Dre (store employee) went far beyond his duties to assist her, by helping to repair a section of metal that somehow came loose during travel. It’s good to know that there are still good souls in this seemingly soulless world !

Had exactly what I needed at a fair price! My only negative thing to say is that those little things up front that allow you to take a sample of your water and send it in for detailed reading of the different mineral levels in your tap water is actually just a scam. Once you send it in, they just try to get you to buy a water filter that is thousands of dollars by sending in a salesman to take advantage of the elderly and less bright citizens of our communities.

I needed 8 bags of mulch. But needed help lifting the bags and putting them in my car. Had a guy who was very helpful to me.

Always an awesome selection and variety of goods and tools. The timber is a good price too and actually cheaper than many places I go to. Staff is on point, helpful and friendly and I was in and out with exactly what I needed within ten minutes. Highly recommended.

I went to the Pelham location with my neighbor. We bought a sheet of plywood and some 2 by 4s. The cost was much less than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. They cut the plywood in half at no additional cost.

Many thanks to manager Jared, representative Cheryl and the patient man running the machine that lifted him up to locate and grab my shelves. Thank you Home Depot for helping me by not sending me home without what I came for, even though it was stored up high. I witnessed store personnel with coordinated team work helping all 4 customers around me at the same time. We were all receiving excellent service at this busy store. I can only assume the management must really care about their patrons. Nice folks taking care of people is always a treat to be a part of.

Came in for a water heater and other supporting items. Searched high and low for an item listed online as “in stock”. With none to be found, Nate went above and beyond to make sure I left with everything I needed to get my project completed. Nate definitely deserves recognition and a pay raise!

I usually purchase from the 280 store but the app showed them out of the steel roofing I needed. This Pelham location was great, employees walking around asking to be helpful, which I definitely took advantage of! Just might think of this store first next time.

I always enjoy my shopping at my local Home Depot on Pelham Parkway. I was looking for a room size carpet and I received great customer service from a young man named Dalton. He commented on the carpet I chose as he also had the same carpet at his home. He shared how pleased he was with very little up keep on his faux fur carpet. Thanks Dalton for your positive input, it confirmed I made the right choice. Keep up the good work!

Wow! I had a great experience at this Home Depot! I went in to get some new paint and the lady working in the paint department was super knowledgeable about all of her paint products! I was helped by three friendly workers who guided me to exactly what I needed to get the job done! This made me feel good about shopping at this location in which I usually go to the Lowe's down the street but from now on I am going back to this Home Depot! Thanks!
