Word of mouth connected us to Fresh Page, specifically Amanda for a roof replacement and chimney removal. She was the focal point in getting the job done according to what I feel are my higher than normal standards, meeting them every step of the way. The team knew their jobs well, did their best to protect the surroundings, and extensively cleaned up the site once completed. Very professional, offers high quality products for a fair price. Highly recommended.

Bill Anderson at Fresh Page is a diligent, exceeds expectations contractor! From the first time he introduced himself thru our whole project, even after we had signed off but had some "straggler" issues, he was with us every step of they way. Fresh Page is Roofing, Siding and Gutters, but Bill also helped us thru some AC, chimney & window issues due to hail damage. All of our claims did get approved because of Bill's hard work using verbiage & great photos! He did not use it on our house, but Bill has since gotten a drone which can greatly increase reporting damage. Our insurance company even chose to have their own person come out to inspect an issue and their report concurred with Bill's results. As all of us work daily it is sometimes not easy to call people during the day, Bill was always cordial even when we called in the evening. If we did have to leave a message, it was returned in a timely manner. The owner Patrick & Bill's co-worker Amanda were able to come out on project days if Bill was unavailable. We have gotten many compliments on our finished house.

Our experience with Fresh Page could not of been better. Patrick was excellent to work with. We had hail damage to our siding/roof and with his experience as an adjuster helped immensely. His knowledge with his products and insurance experience was an added bonus that we could not have done without. He was very helpful with design ideas and color choices and our house looks amazing! He is very thorough with customer service and makes sure his clients are happy. Not only did he keep in contact with us the whole time but makes sure the worksite was left spotless. We are extremely happy with our home and highly recommend Patrick and Fresh Page!

Our experience with Fresh Page was very professional and we are completely satisfied with the work done. Ours is a historic church that sustained significant storm damage involving the roof, gutters, siding, handrailing, windows and screens. The insurance adjuster’s repair estimate was very low and planned only piecemeal repairs. Then I hired Patrick Page, Public Adjuster, who thoroughly reviewed our policy and worked to ensure the insurance company stood behind it. The outcome was fantastic! Everything was completely replaced and/or repaired by very competent, skilled workers. Patrick is pleasant to work with as well as very knowledgeable and thorough, including cleanup after the work was done. I would highly recommend his company.

Last summer, 2020, we were fortunate enough to snag Fresh Page Home Improvement to tear off and replace our roof and install new gutters with gutter guards. Patrick was super responsive, well informed and professional regarding the entire process. We have a large home but the crew arrived early and worked hard throughout the day and completed the entire install of the shingles. The gutters and gutter guards were done on another day. Everything was terrific and clean up was great. We have zero complaints and only good things to say about this company headed by Patrick and expertly repped by his associate Amanda.

Patrick and the team at Fresh Page Home Improvement were a pleasure to work with. They are responsive and take the time to make sure the homeowner understands the options available. They provided everything my insurance company required and worked very well with the city. I highly reccomend using Fresh Page. A year after roof and gutter installation I had a small leak during a bad rain storm related to my siding. Fresh page came out the same day to determine the problem and scheduled a fix!

Working with Patrick and his team has been a terrific experience. Patrick runs the team from beginning to end and managed customer communications and expectations throughout the process. He provided inspection, documentation, assistance with insurance, and direction to the team through all phases of the project. The installation team was huge, extraordinary, careful, and worked well together. My home was upgraded to meet the latest building roofing codes during the process, which because of his huge team, took one day. On the day following installation, Patrick sent out a painter to repaint the interior tunnels where the skylights had been replaced. They also combed through the plants and lawn to ensure everything from paper to nails had been removed and completely restored. I would not hesitate to use Fresh Page, again!

From the start Bill Andersen with Fresh Page was professional and on time and did exactly what we agreed upon. Bill met my adjuster on site to go over the hail and wind damage. The job was scheduled quickly and their crew showed up when mentioned and did a great job from tear off to the installation of the new roof. I was amazed how organized and meticulous the crew was. They worked well together and worked extremely hard until the job was complete. I would trust Patrick and his team at Fresh Page with any work on my house.

Superb service from Patrick, Amanda and the team. Amanda worked diligently with our insurance company and knew how to navigate all the loopholes and bumps they threw our way! Very impressive. Very happy with the work, the clean up and timely responses. Great people to work with. Highly recommend.

My primary contact was Amanda in regards to delivering gutters to my home. As a former gutter installer, i requested the gutters be delivered but not installed as i would install them myself. My experience with the company was one of responsiveness and professionalism. I provided exact dimensions for gutters and they were delivered as defined. There were a few brackets and screws missing from my stated request but the company was aware of this and already working on it and they were delivered days later. I am completely satisfied with the services provided by the company and i would recommend them to others in light of my experience. I was grateful for the responsiveness i had found in this company which is lacking in other companies that i reached out to on the same matter.

Cannot say enough GREAT comments about this business & service. We originally contacted them to clean our gutters in the Spring. Instead of just putting gutter guards on as requested they advised to replace gutters. We waited until late Summer to install gutters & guards. We were a little disappointed on how the gutters covered our brick house front. They offered to fix and not have us pay until they corrected to our liking. The follow up, customer service, and cleanup was perfect. SUPPORT LOCAL & kind BUSINESS! Highly recommend:)

Quality of work by Patrick and his team was outstanding. Very efficient; most of roof replacement was completed in one day. Great job on cleanup; Patrick made the final pass himself. Further, Patrick took care of all the details on insurance claims and coverage, making the process amazingly hassle-free.

Everything from start to finish of the job was a great experience. My roof was damaged from a storm and they came out right away to inspect. They felt with my insurance company for me and the entire job of replacing the whole roof was completed in one day. Roof looks amazing and the clean up after the job was very thorough. Amanda was professional in all aspects of the contract. The roofers were extremely organized , worked fast and effectively. The gutter installers did the same. All work was done as expected, and inspected after installation. We were very pleased with the craftmanship and timely manner in which it was performed.

We did an insurance claim on the roof, gutters, and a couple pieces of siding that were damaged by hail. They were great and made a generally stressful situation completely stress free. Their representatives kept us completely infomed frequently during the process and frankly went above and beyond any contractor I've ever dealt with. They accommodated every request we had even when in one case it required them to make a couple additional trips to our house to get it just right. I certainly hope I'm not in the market for another roof for a long time but I will definitely use them again.

Patrick was great to work with. His roofing crew is the best. We had insurance issues and patrick went to bat for us. Amanda is fantastic. I would highly recommend. You wont be disappointed.
