Dr. Moore is absolutely the best doctor I've ever seen. He's always very helpful, kind, uplifting, and he genuinely cares about his patients. I never feel rushed, and he always has a funny or motivational story to tell. I've been seeing him for several years, and I'm so grateful for him.

If you're tired of doctor's office visits where you don't get personal care and you feel like you're just another copay in their pocket, come give Dr. Moore or Dr. Blackburn a try.

Scared me by saying I would “hopefully get a call back with a referral” when I have a broken toe, but they called within two hours. :) I’m sure I will get the care that I desperately need, in good time!

Semi long post but worth the read. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure in 2018. I thought I had it regulated because I was taking my medicine on time and watching my food intake. 2019 I started having these episodes where my pressure would spike to 150/100. My physician at the time did not change my prescription. She just told me to keep other things out my diet. They were still happening. I moved to Birmingham in September of 2020. I started having the episodes more and more. I found this office through my insurance and within 2 visits, they figured out the issue and helped me get it regulated. Now almost a year later, I have not had a episode of my pressure spiking! Thank you so much for taking the time to listen and help me!

Love the staff and Dr. Blackburn. They can always get me in quickly if I am having a problem. They return calls quickly as well.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Blackburn for 20 years. He's always been great. would rate it a 5, but their new kiosk check in is a bit cumbersome.

Been a patient for 18 years; now they have a terrible "patient check-in" machine that asks 10k questions they already have the answers to; front desk clerk gave me attitude when I complainef about it. How about some normal human interaction rather than a machine and attitude?

Old antiquated practice, emblematic of everything wrong with current medical system. If you want top notch service and care when your are hurting or a single parent. Go elsewhere.

If your looking for a dr that spends time listening to you and answering questions, this isn’t the place for you. I called Dr. Moore to ask about getting the COVID shot for the first time and asked about specifics for people with allergies, he basically said just try it. If he didn’t know should’ve said so not a well just give it a try. I will not be going back.

Updating a review from a year ago ( the original one was way too emotional). In general, horrible and ignorant people, very unprofessional and my family was discriminated. Nobody reached out/replied or apologized since..
