Wendy's

Food is really good here..they may be understaffed but they still get the food out baked potato chicken ceasar salad was delicious...chilli was good eat in some of these other places and see how horrible there food is..and they maybe a little slow but good food is worth waiting for

Still have yet to eat on inside , but even takeout window was great and fast friendly

Cashier was nice and friendly. Service was quick.

When I went and got my lunch, I was eating in the parking lot and noticed I needed fluids in my car and I had my hood open to put the fluids in and a really nice young lady came out and asked me if I was ok and did I need something to drink, I thought that was so nice of her.

Great customer service despite being severely short on employees. Food was great quality. We forgot our bank card and the manager cent out of her way to ensure we got it back. Definitely earned our loyalty!

Wow. For the most part I hate Wendy's. Anytime I go to the Wendy's by where I live, the food is cold, the order is wrong, and the employees are rude. I was hesitant to even come to this one because of my normal experience at Wendy's. We chose to come here to get the chili feast and the family nugget meal because it's a lot of food for not too much money. We don't live around here and have never been to this Wendy's before. We came through the drive thru around 2 or 3 p.m on a Monday afternoon. We had maybe two cars in front of us. We pulled up to the ordering place and we were quickly greeted by a woman's voice. Kindly asking what we would like. We told her. Then we pulled up and we tried about 3 different cards but the first two were lacking funds. The person who was working the window was very patient with us, until we were able to produce a card with sufficient funds on it. Then we pulled up to the second window and we were greeted by another kind woman. Our food was ready very quickly. The chicken nuggets were hot and fresh tasting and really yummy. The chilli was so good. I have not eaten Wendy's chilli in probably at least five years if not longer. I couldn't believe how yummy it was. The chilli feast and the family nugget choice both come with lots of food for a cheap price. At this Wendys the employees were kind and professional and quick. The food was incredible. I couldn't believe I was eating Wendy's food. Whatever they are doing at this location is awesome and I hope they keep it up and can be an inspiration to other branches. Thank you.

Hamburger was good as were the French fries.

The drive through service was great. Polite, accurate, and quick. My food was fresh and hot. The lettuce on the spicy chicken sandwich was crisp and cold, the chicken was spicy and hot, and the fries were hot. Well done.

I usually don't dine in, but, I'm glad I did this time. The staff was friendly and polite, the establishment was clean and not to busy

We love there baked potatoes.

I'm vegetarian because I am allergic to meat. I simply order and salad and I say no meat, but in a world I am allergic to meat, bacon counts as a meat. I get a salad back and it has bacon on it, more bacon than usual. So my boyfriend takes me back through drive thru so we can wait in line for 15 minutes again while my salad gets fixed. They made me a new salad and my boyfriend just ate the bacon one. We left happy. The drive thru guy had no idea the salad came with chicken and bacon.

For a fast food restaurant it was good. Place was very clean and the service was fast.

Decided to go to Wendy's in Alton Illinois after working 12 hours seen the biggie bag on a pop in one of the windows I thought what a great deal for the price, the young lady working the drive thru was very friendly and super nice... always love going to Wendy's when I get the chance to.... the food was great as always enjoy the fresh cooked burger and fries and chicken nuggets great job Wendy's keep up the great work!!!!

Super nice people i was in a semi and they helped me out let me walk up to the window close to closing time and took care of my order thanks so much

Wendy so amazing nice and clean. They all had Covid 19 precautions unlike other fast food places. James was the nice and kindest cashier I've ever had.

The place it's good it's great trust me I know hamburgers I once ate 32 burgers in a contest with my brother he was no match for the frankster. Let me tell you I can put some burgers away and dont let my lying cheating sister tell you otherwise. She cheats on her taxes but that's another story. Well Wendy's got good burgers

Food was hot and order was correct. We got the $5 biggie bags and weren't disappointed. Great value for the money!

Did great under a ton of pressure and only 2 employees facing a huge line of hungry impatient customers. Bravo! Great food and order was spot on.

Went through the drive thru. We had amazing service on 2-16-21. I didn't get the Young lady name but she was really nice and polite .
