Schnucks Florissant

Schnucks is close to where I live and a very convenient place to buy whatever I need. I also get my prescriptions there, which is another plus because it's one-stop shopping for me. All the clerks are friendly and courteous. I'm in and out quickly. 🙂

My absolute favorite Schnucks in the area. Typically slower, cleaner, and more organized than the other 2 area Schnucks markets.

Clean with easy to find markings above the isles. The Deli can be a good visit while there.

The store is clean and organized. The avocados and the produce are really good. The product selection is good. I like the orange juice, grape juice, bubbly water, and the smart water. The selection of chips is good. I bought sunchips and the other time I bought tortilla chips. They bagged my sparkling water in a paper bottle bag. I noticed the baggers are quick and efficient at Schnucks compared to other stores.

Very mean. As soon as I stepped into the store, the cart guy and nearby clerks started bullying me. The greeter pushed me down and spit on my jacket. I had to take the jacket to a professional dry cleaner because the greeter had been eating chocolate cake with vanilla icing. The dry cleaners were okay. They were telling me about their experiences overseas. When I searched for cinnamon raisin bread, they seemed to be out. I had trouble finding the moth balls but they were in stock. The ranch dressing and orange paper plates ended being good. Thanks Schnucks.

One of the best locations. Very clean, well stocked and workers are friendly. Love their bakery section, especially the selection of donuts they offer. Also they have a larger variety of fruits and vegetables to choose from.

Great customer service as saved me money. I was buying chicken & had 8 pieces which was over $5. I was told the bucket was for filling & cheaper to do so. I paid $10.99 for a full buck off of chicken. I appreciate the savings direction❣

had a great experience, lots of sales marked throughout the store, found some new things to try. plus the bags and cart were arranged so thoughtfully. will be back!

This store is very clean and organized.

The store is always stocked and the staff are very polite and provide assistance upon request. They have regulations in place of course to minimize the spread of the pandemic and they seem to be extremely effective and keeping individuals separate when coming and going from the store. It is an easily accessible store with clear aisles and large open spaces to also assist with the social distancing. This is honestly one of my favorite stores in the county .. I don't know how I forgot to mention the fresh donuts in the morning!

Your employee by the name of Karma is very pleasant and courteous. While putting my groceries in my car she ask me if I needed help with putting my water in the car. I declined her offer has though I'm in my 30's and I have the energy to do it myself. But it was very kind of her. Also, a customer was getting out of their car and Karma overheard him saying he forgot his mask. She informed them they had complimentary mask inside the store. I offered to give her a tip and she declined. Karma is a great asset to your company. Karma you are awesome!!!!

This store only had three checkers.wait was a little long.But the young lady that waited on me, her name is faye.very pleasant young lady, she cleaned her area after each customer left.while she was wiping everything down thing I ask her could she also wipe the credit card reader.she smiled and said no problem.and proceed to wipe it down,and smile and said have a good day . Now that's what u call great customer service u don't see anymore.

Clean, super organized and great customer service, very helpful staff, cashiers and baggers as well. When they see someone with a huge cart full they always offer to help you load it in your car.

I just love this store. It's so clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Friendly customer service and customers. You can find Anything here. I spend hours in here. And kinda like Cheers, if you visit enough, they remember your name. I Love that. Makes me feel special and valued.

I have been going one N florissants rd in Ferguson I love this place very clean all shelves are full . Schnucks in Grandview plaza off Dunn Rd there shelves aren't full in different areas at the store

Love Schnucks, this and Grandview are closest to me but I prefer this one. Great people, always friendly and helpful.

This is a particularly good Schnucks. Their pharmacists are awesome and helpful, they always have everything I need in stock, and their cashiers are quick and friendly.

My first experience with Schnucks pharmacy: I got to the pharmacy 10 minutes before they closed, and needed my prescription that day, and they said it was no problem at all. They had to call my old pharmacy, transfer the prescription, wait on the transfer, and fill it. They managed it all within 10 minutes. Those guys are great!
