Kohl's

I was greeted by a friendly associate. Chrissy checked me out and was very helpful. The store in Alton IL had exactly what I was looking for. I purchased two shirts for my Uncle's birthday.

Marquis was amazing!! I didn't have my kohl's card with me. He showed me how to use the app on my phone to find my card, load coupons and check prices. I used several coupons. Got sale prices. Got kohl's bucks to spend later & got everything I needed. What a great trip to Kohl's in Alton:)

I returned some items and the customer service person was great! Store was clean, organized! I bought something else and that process was great too!

Worked there as a seasonal employee and has a great experience with the staff, managers, and customers so glad i was given the oppurtunity!

This is my preferred shipping provider. Lmao I refuse to drop off at UPS anymore only for them to say something like "I think you meant to go to kohls."

Lots of designs to choose from, love the variety. They sell alot of sports apparel.
If your looking for something to wear for that special occasion, I would start here.

Nice and clean, staff were helpful and polite. The prices of stuff are more than a bit on the high side though, I can say that the price you pay for the items you buy are quality though. I bought a pair a shoes from here that lasted 5 years. I do not know if the same quality can be said for all of their items, but buyconsciously, not every item is going to last 5 years, and not every pair of shoes is going to be worth 140 bucks. Just pay attention to what you buy.

Cashier was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Restrooms were very clean and smelled good.

Took my 8 year old for the first time. He loved it. They offered many sale items at 20-50% off.🙂 It was 2 weeks before Christmas so at $98, I cut him off from further purchases. I later went back and spent another $48 on him a Christmas gift that I had denied him the night we shopped. Was glad it was still available and still on sale.🙂 Taking my daughter next.

I brought my brother here to shop for school clothes. I've only been here a few times. It's always a good store for decent deals.
