Hampton Inn & Suites St. Louis/Alton

The room was nice, good temperature on arrival. The breakfast was great, had a number of meat/meatless options both days I stayed. Good coffee as well. Only difficulty I had was that the USB charging ports on the nightstand weren't working, so I plugged my phone into the wall outlet at the foot of the bed. If I had a longer charging cable it would have been a non-issue though.

I had no problems at all with this motel. Good clean rooms, breakfast was amazing , and the staff was friendly.

Our go to hotel in Alton. Nice lobby to do work. Breakfast is fair. Coffee is decent. They lock the front doors at night because it’s Alton. A bit pricey post pandemic if you are booking at the standard rate

Stayed here for one night - we had to be at the local community college for an early morning appointment. Woul definitely book this hotel again. It was close to Lewis and Clark, restaurants nearby - we chose Rivier Maya which was awesome as well, gas station nearby, etc. The hotel was exceptionally clean - probably the cleanest place I have stayed in the last two years. Zero complaints about this location. It was also in a very quiet area - no loud road noise. It is also near the Amtrak station if you have need for that.

Great beds, clean rooms, very nice and competent staff. Stayed several nights and would stay again. Hot breakfast with choices. Omelet a little dry and rubbery but was at end of breakfast time. Highly recommend!

I visited for the very first time celebrating my friend mothers 60th birthday! I loved this hotel and the staff a lot! Most importantly wanting to shoutout and shine light on the breakfast staff both Heidi Radcliff and Carlylon Jordan! They’re the best! I love the food, conversation, and professionalism. They created a warm space and atmosphere for everyone and it was many families having breakfast over this 3day period. I will certainly be back in May for upcoming graduations. I rate this hotel five stars for its comfort and friendly staff! Customer service is #1! We must always remember the effect we leave on people! Always ask yourself am I leaving a positive or negative effect? In this case, it was very positive. Thank you!!!

Room was clean, quiet. Comfortable bed. Courteous, pleasant staff. A good breakfast, and special kudos to Heidi for her delicious mélange of fried Yukon and red potatoes and onions! That combined with the Western omelets that were on the menu that day made for a fortifying breakfast for the day ahead. Will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely a great experience! Checking in after an extremely fatiguing day and being treated like family was a much needed respite. The room was quiet - we slept for nearly 12 hours and woke refreshed and ready for a days travel. Coffee was not the best but that was not a deal breaker. Thanks for everything! You were a life saver.

This a beautiful hotel with nice amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Many things to choose from. I would mist definitely stay here again.

Neat and clean! Very well kept rooms, super nice and super affordable. On my stay the overnight front desk clerk was amazing helped me with all of my needs. Check-In was super speedy super easy

Clean rooms, friendly accommodating staff. We stayed there after an afternoon/evening of Fast Eddies and surrounding bars - it was a nice way to end a fun evening instead of driving home!!

The hotel is new, designed and decorated well. I usually hate being in the room near the exit, but this room was huge and gorgeous. The bathroom/closet door was pretty cool, a sliding door that closes the bathroom when you open the closet and closes the closet when you open the bathroom. Be warned though that the sliding door does not lock, so I hope it at least has a lock in the double rooms since you can't lock the bathroom from the inside in the single. The location is convenient on Homer Adams Pkwy. Very easy to get to and traffic is not terrible in the area. One petty complaint is that each morning, except one, of my four night stay, I twice had to ask for the breakfast to-go bag and once just left without it, not wanting to bother. I don't eat at normal breakfast times, but a little later after I get to work, so it was inconvenient that I had to wait/ask or just leave without. I try to stay at Hilton properties whenever I can, primarily Hampton Inns since they're in my area and I love the to-go bags. So I'm in Hampton's a lot. Before this, I've had one instance of a night auditor forgetting to put out the bags around 6:30am, but after asking for it once they didn't forget it the next two days after. Perhaps this Hampton just puts it out later. Other than that petty complaint, the rest of my service was great! I would definitely come to this Hampton again.

Very flexible staff, especially the general manager, Jack. Rooms are updated and clean. Nice indoor pool open from 6am to 10pm. Very good sized work out room that not only includes tredmills but all sorts of weights, actually really niced compared to other hotels. It's open from 6 am to midnight. There's a suite shop to get snacks and instant meals. There's a laundry room on the second floor and tons on complimentary items just ask the girls at the front desk. Overall a wonderful place to stay when you're in the area!

Very clean and hospitable. The staff were great. The breakfast was really good with great selection. We had a king suite and it was very roomy. The other people in our group had the two queen room and it had plenty of room as well.

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast had nice variety and was really good. Staff were all nice and helpful. Lots of parking spaces. Really good location, easy to maneuver even for a 26' uhaul

Newly built hotel, rooms are very modern with some great finishing touches that really put this place as one of the top Hampton Inns that I have stayed at. The staff is very friendly and courteous. A few selections of fast food joints within walking distance, despite this I still give this place 5 stars.

Very friendly service! And the mattresses were so comfortable. My kids loved swimming in the pool and making their own waffles in the morning. Great overnight experience.
