Mobile office has it going on! Jessica gave great customer service and the arrangement and warmable puppies sent to my sister/brother in law and nieces for the passing of their four legged family member was beautiful and delivered in the exact time frame I was given. They have my business from now on!

I placed an order just a few hours before closing for delivery for a sick relative. I live in TN and really wanted to cheer up my relative. I received a call from a very nice young lady who explained that they were out of cookies which was apart of my order. She asked if it could wait until Monday when they would have the cookies restocked. They had a very busy day and I could tell she was tired. I asked if we could just replace the cookies I really wanted the order delivered today. She was so nice and even though she was tired she offered to replace the cookies and add a balloon. She was professional and courteous. Needless to say the delivery made my relatives day. You all brighten her evening Thank you

Jessica and Emily are THE BEST. They were extremely willing to accommodate our school for Bosses Day. They were very pleasant and easy to talk to to meet our needs today.

I have to give credit when credit is due, Valentine’s Day was a disaster all day and was upset when I did not receive my surprise from my husband from. I called the store and spoke to the absolute nicest lady named Jessica. You could hear the heartache in her voice from disappointing her customers but let’s all be realistic, this store just reopened. Give her a chance to make it right because the lady I spoke with is willing to do it all to make it right. Ms. Jessica if you see this you are doing a phenomenal job and i appreciate you

I am a manager in a professional office environment. I was searching for gift ideas and spoke with Jessica O'Dell, Store Manager. I was clueless about the products, but she described everything in great detail and even made some fabulous suggestions to help customize my orders. I will be ordering on a monthly basis because of Jessica! Good service is hard to find and she's your go to lady for all of your ordering needs.

I used Edible Arrangements to surprise my friend with a birthday gift. She was not home at the time of delivery and they ended up taking it to her work. I was very impressed with how willing she was to go to a different location. I will definitely use them again in the future!

BEST customer service. I placed an order last minute and they weren’t only able to fulfill it, but whenever I went to pick up my order it was storming rain. I had my infant with me and the lady (I wish I recalled her name) offered to bring it out to me. Might have been a simple act, but it meant the world to me not having to wake my infant up and to take in out in the storm. I’ll definitely be ordering with them again!

Totally dropped the ball and didn't get my wife's stuff to her. Called and spoke with Jessica the manager. She made it right by doing it right then and then she took it herself to my wife at 815 at night. Made up for a huge mistake and got me out of the dog house. Hope the new owners can take note of this. She went above and beyond for me . And I will use then ahain as long as she is employed there.

This location has gone above and beyond the call of duty...The delivery driver was on point, Jessica was amazing coordinating my delivery from multiple states away! ALWAYS pleased with these guys!

I want to share my view of Edible. I was having one of the worst days of my life but i needed to send a thank you to a friend who has been with me thru it all. I didnt know where to start and edible came to my mind (divine intervention) i had neve order before and when i called i was Immediately greated by the sweetest voice. Ms. Amanda was amazing not only was she helpful, kind and Knowledgeable she listened to ME she heard ME and i felt like i was talking to a friend. She helped me with so much more than a gift and i pray that she is able to see this or at least know the impact her kindness had on me. I will be a forever customer because of Amanda. Edible you are blessed to have her and the world would be a better place if there were more like her. THANK YOU AMANDA and i pray you are always blessed beyond measure.

My son surprised me for my birthday and I wasn't home. Thank to Curtis for being so accommodating with my delivery today. The arrangements are beautiful.

I placed a order on April 7th for April 8th and it was mistakenly placed by staff for the next day, which would have put my plans in tail spin. To accommodate me, they reduced the price and went over and beyond to make sure I had a beautiful arrangement! I was truly pleased and so was the reciever of this gift( my aunt). I want to Thank Edible Arrangements on Airport Blvd for making me a happy customer 😊
