Great service and almost every times I go in for items especially sale items they’re available

I’ve been a regular customer of the store for quite a few years and have always had no trouble finding what I needed. Above all the family and capable employees always make it a wonderful experience.

We went to Office Depot on Airport Blvd to look at office chairs. Josh assisted us in finding office chairs that met all of our needs. We each had features we were looking for and he was very helpful and knowledgeable! We will definitely be back for all of our future purchases!

Awesome experience. The person working the checkout counter was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, professional and also extremely upbeat. He got me signed up for the rewards program which saved me some money and also told me about the recycling program for the old printer cartridge's.

I had a very positive experience with Office Max in Mobile, Al. The staff was responsive to my questions, provided me with a workable solution and gave me a reassurance that Office depot would stand behind my purchase.

My father and I were helped the minute we walked in the store. He has limited mobility and Camille was so helpful and patient. He was such a welcome ray of light. The cashiers at the checkout were also very friendly and patient.

The staff at Office Depot was extremely helpful, friendly, and has outstanding customer service. I live in Mississippi, but we will gladly travel the distance to shop again and again. Happy New Year!!!!!

The representative that assisted me in my visit was very knowledgeable professional and eager to help me with my issue. She mastered it with ease and with a smile on her face the whole entire time. She is truly an asset to the company. I would like to mention her by name but her name was not on the receipt I do not remember her name from her name tag.

This store has the friendliest and most helpful staff. I will drive out of my way to shop at this particular store passing up many Office Depot’s on the way. I’ve always been greeted and basically never had to search for any product because someone meets and greets me when I walk in. Excellent!

This is the best location we have been to when it comes to assisting with customer service and going above and beyond to help someone out. We just came in here late at night on a Saturday, when I am pretty sure everybody just wanted to go home. We could not make up our mind on what type of office chair we wanted. Not only did the manager assist us, also one of the initial workers helped us as well. They ran around and answered our questions, brought me other chairs to try, and made sure that I had a good understanding of what each chair offered to allow us to make an informed decision.

Then, there was an error with the price in the system- not only did they correct it to what it was supposed to be, they went above and beyond to fix it.

They also offered to help us get the chair in our truck. It was past 9 which is closing time for them when we left; but you would not know it. They did not rush us or make us feel hurried. They made us feel like they cared and wanted us to be happy with our choice. Each one of the 3 there tonight deserve recognition from corporate. I wish I remembered each of their names.

Customer service was outstanding people there were very knowledgeable about what I needed and what I was looking for. Management was awesome made me feel welcomed

With the cost of fuel I called the closest store ( 30 miles ) away to get info on an Epson EcoTank Copier. The associate ( Camile ) was so helpful and spent about 10 min on the phone with me and I felt confident of my selection before ever arriving at the store. When I walked in the door the Store Manager greeted me and continued to assist me. It was a very positive encounter and I absolutely love my Epson EcoTank printer

I bought a office chair after sitting in every display they had out. Staff was friendly and offered suggestions. Turns out the one I bought want as comfortable as the demo. I expected to have problems exchanging it for a more comfortable one. I had no problems aside from forgetting my wallet and having to return
