MexiPHO - Mexican Vietnamese Fusion

Our new favorite spot for two of our very fav dishes - tacos and pho! And what more, we can get both Mexican and Vietnamese versions or create fusions. Love the interior! Staff are friendly and attentive when taking orders. Portion size is huge! Presentation is beautiful! Quick service! Will recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

MexiPho is one of those places that my fiancé and I drove past so many times and wondered what it was like - so we finally visited! Honestly, our expectations were exceeded. I literally have not been able to stop thinking about the phorrito I had!! I just loved everything about it, especially the rice noodles. The Mexican burrito, tacos, pho, chips and dips, drinks, and dessert were all great, and it’s so beautifully designed inside too! The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. 100% will return when we’re in Glastonbury!

I was driving by on Cinco de Mayo and noticed all the colorful decorations from the roadway and decided to take my family for lunch. What an experience it was! Wonderful music, balloons and toys for the kids to play with. The owners and staff couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly to us. The food was truly amazing! Great food, good times, and amazing staff. What more could anyone ask for? If all restaurants and businesses were run like this, we wouldn't have to search all over Google to find a decent place. This place has some amazing fusion foods from Spanish and Asian cultures and you never knew you needed. Go get some of their delicious pho and Mexican street corn along with so many other combination dishes. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. This was a great food experience. I ordered a phorito and some tacos. The phorito was loaded with food and flavor. Adding in some Vietnamese items just put it over the top flavor wise. The Al Pastor tacos were extremely good also. Lots of filings, lots of taste. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 9.0.

Excellent service with friendly faces and great food! I got a phorrito and just told them to make a "regular" once since I had no idea what I was doing. Well, I will be back for more sometime in the future!

Delicious mix, they really do make it work. But if you're getting a burrito, go easy on the toppings if you don't want to have to eat it with a fork. I did and I don't regret it. House sauce was interesting, sweet and sour.

The flavor goes crazy!!! I got the birria pho… wow. 10/10! I love the variety of toppings to add!! I love pho from my local mom and pop but will be cheating on them with MexiPHO 😭

This Mexican & Vietnamese food restaurant is one of my favorite’s s. Awesome tasting pho bowls, proteins bowls and delicious pho burritos. I wanna come back as soon as I leave the door. It’s a must to come to Mexipho. Thank you Mexipho team for the great service.

Ordered through Grubhub and it was so good! Got a chicken and steak bowl and the rice was the best part. That’s always a good sign, great flavor rice!! Can’t wait to go back and try some Pho, tacos and margs.

This place is awesome. Clean restaurant and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is great. Fresh tacos are awesome. I eat here like 10 times a month. I won't eat fast food garbage so for me a place like this is great.

this place is reeally solid and i love the concept. it's nice to have a local business that kinda presents as chipotle but with asian twist. the birria was super juicy and braised perfectly. the staff is also really nice and pretty quick with handling the orders. i was full on two tacos and really enjoyed killing the last one when it was cold. it still tasted really good.

Awesome food all the time. MexiPHO has the best tacos in the local community and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Give this a shot if you haven't yet.

Definitely enjoyed and will visit again the options they have, the portions they give you the wait wasn't long, just about everything was done infront of you and I've not heard the term torta use around here never brought me back to when I lived in Cali!

Such a unique and powerful combination of cuisines! Lots of customizability in what you get, so everyone can get something that looks appealing to them!

Best Mexican Asian fusion place I've ever been to! They don't try too hard to make flavors that don't go well together work. They focus on bringing out the best of both words with a heavier focus on the Mexican food side.

I had to use a fork and knife for my torta as it was loaded to the brim! Chips and Queso were fantastic, but I always run out of Queso too fast when it is as good as there's is. It is a little more runny than I'm used to, but the flavor is on point.

I'd your looking for some good eating and to change it up, definitely hit them up. You can be in and out real quick.

This is a wonderful place! I got the bowl with tofu and it was fabulous. I enjoy the combination of flavors and textures. Give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed!

Love this place! Friendly service and delicious food. Happy, upbeat atmosphere. I recommend the Pho, their specialty, with Pork Al Pastor and beef broth. Let them throw whatever they want in it: Trust me, they know what they're doing better than you do and it'll taste amazing.
