O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

We went on Valentine's Day (our Anniversary) and there was a 30 min. wait because of the volume of people taking their sweeties there and they a lot of to-go orders. The kitchen became backed up for a bit but after a half hour we were seated and was waited on very quickly with our drink order and a basket of rolls. We ordered an appetizer and had it brought to us In about 20 minutes. Our main course came to us In about a half hour. It was hot, and delicious! Wait staff was friendly and kept our glasses filled and was very attentive.

Been a long time since I have been to O'charleys, so there were some changes. A lot less pie flavors on the menu, but the ooey gooey pie was still there. The appetizers have leveled-up - definitely more upscale. The meatballs were Italian restaurant quality. The stuffed crab was so good, you might have to fight over the last one! The rolls are still served hot and haven't changed. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

My daughter and I came in last Sunday for dinner. We love O’Charley’s. The food was great. It seemed to be a little understaffed but, we had Jay as our waiter. Jay was awesome. He was very welcoming and very attentive making sure we had what we needed and ask for. He was funny and just enough flirty in a good way. He offered to buy us dessert if our food wasn’t ready soon. Of course I didn’t let him but I really enjoyed his service. He deserves a raise for sure. They did was amazing but y’all need to add more sugar to y’all’s tea. Overall it was a 9.5 but jay was a 10 all the way.

The waitress was pretty rude and the food was wierd. I got an appetizer and the potato wedges were crunchy. The fried cheese wedges were soft and under cooked. Couldn't say anything to the waitress due to the fact she never came back.7

We were THAT family tonight. We came in 20 mins before close but India was so happy to serve us and when I say she was INCREDIBLE!! I mean incredible!!! She told us not to rush and enjoy our food and she was extremely attentive and her hospitality hit a home run!! The food is ALWAYS amazing, we LOVE the Louisiana sirloin!! I’m really sad to see a lot of locations closing but happy we got to experience it again after being gone for so long!! Thank you so much India!!

My family and I recently had the chance to dine at O’Charley’s and had an extremely wonderful experience thanks to our waitress, Trinity. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and had a wonderful smile and a cheerful personality. She was very attentive to our many many needs. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful.

THIS is our go to place to eat and hang out at the bar with a tall glass of brew (in a cold glass). The menu is priced right and variety is great. Bartenders are attentive and a pleasure to hang with. KUDOS to Chris in the kitchen and Shannon tending bar. LOVE AND APPRECIATE you guys. this place is just comfortable and cozy. SEE YA NEXT WEEK!

We just dined at your establishment. The food was cooked well and delicious. My wife loves your hamburgers and I love your potato soup. Our waiter Duane was fantastic. He was kind, efficient with
everything, and made our experience great! It is hard to find good service today, but because of Duane and the excellent food, we will be back!

We came in to have some chicken fingers & they were very delicious! Our server Mr. Jamie was absolutely FANTASTIC. He was so attentive & explained the menu very well. Our drinks never got more than half empty & he was so prompt with everything. We would definitely come back here just to be served by Mr. Jamie! Bonus points: unbeknownst to us we had no idea they were having a kids eat free special for the whole month so our little one got his shrimp & fries for free!! 👍 10/10 would recommend Mr. Jamie!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our Jay server was very friendly, very welcoming. It was our first time here and he made our first visit very pleasant. Would definitely come again.

Jay was incredibly attentive throughout our entire meal, ensuring that our needs were met and that we felt valued as customers. My server Kristen was SO nice and hilarious! She saved my dog from a burning building. She is so awesome and made my whole week!

I ordered delivery from here and it was a great choice! Food was fantastic. I ordered the seafood combo platter - RECOMMEND!! It’s a good amount of food so be prepared that you may have leftovers. Shared the strawberry cheesecake for delicious and it was pretty decent.

My 1st time eating & visiting this restaurant. Great location & food! The waitress was very nice. I gave a 3 star on service because it took too long just for us to check out. We were ready to leave because we had an hour drive home. Overall, it's a good restaurant.

Tamara was our waitress and as usual she excelled in providing excellent service and a very pleasant attitude. The food was very good and we will be back we both got the pecan crusted chicken on a green salad. Super tasty. I also enjoyed a cup of the tortilla soup and my friend enjoyed a cup of potato soup

My family and I came to Foley for a weekend trip. We went to O’Charley’s for dinner Friday night. We had to best experience ever. The food was delicious and our waitress Kaily W. was the best. We arrived a little close to closing but she took care of us with no complaint.

Our waiter was a kind man named Jay who was super nice and funny. The service he provided was spot-on and he made sure we had an amazing experience. He answered any and all questions we had and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Definitely asking to be put in his section again!
