Office Depot

This is a very nice, clean and organized store. Well stocked with office & computer supplies. Nice helpful staff.

Excellent customer service. I purchased two desks and a chair. One desk wasn’t in stock, so the manager had it shipped to my house and I didn’t pay anything for shipping. I assembled one desk and the instructions made it easy. The store was clean, the employees helpful and knowledgeable, and the sale allowed me to get two desks for the price of one. Even Amazon couldn’t beat the price!

Jennifer is an amazing hard worker and has helped me multiple times with files I needed. She always has a huge smile and is always willing to help! She is an amazing manager and I will definitely keep going here! Go Jennifer!!!

Big selection of stuff. I found things useful for my business that I didn't even think about. Staff is helpful and most of the time quick. If you need something from the office or business stop by.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly, both on the floor and print side of the store. If you need flyers printed or something shipped, they will get you taken care of.

Great experience! I stopped intending to buy a new laptop but wasn't sure what I needed. Brian was terrific in explaining what they had vs. what would be useful for my particular need. Completely smooth transaction and highly satisfied with the experience. Anyone in the market should find Brian!

Fast and efficient. Prices are competitive with coupon and discount options. Availability of products was impressive.

I usually spend time going throughout the store each time I go there because I live so far away and I like to see what's new and what improvements are made to products I use. At 79 years old, I like to see the newest products and improvements and being a retired Electrical contractor with an extensive electronics back ground too, makes me even more interested in the improvements.
Being able to work with knowledgeable is a huge plus for me. I never get over how all of the people I've ever asked a location of something in the store, they know within inches just where those items are.
Don't get me all wrong here, I DO know where my printer ink is.

I have to hand it to Office Depot, they certainly cleaned up their awards program.
It is easy to use via your phone number but, of course, I have an account card. I am told the card is no longer used. Give your phone number. The young lady at the Foley, Alabama store is always nice and friendly with everyone. Shopping in the store and employees are quick to offer to help you find for what you are looking.
Her name is Mae and she was thinkinf of retiring. I see she is back!! Great!! But the new people there are well trained. Stop in the days open and say hello to the new people and to Miss Mae.

The associate that helped me, Penny, was extremely helpful. She asked if I needed assistance right away and directed me to everything I needed and more. She also made logical suggestions that I never considered so that I was able to leave the store with everything I needed. She is by far the most helpful employee in Office Depot that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was so helpful that I'm going back this afternoon to buy a new desk.

I have shopped here for years and have always been pleased. The employees greeted me warmly. The store was neat, clean and everything I needed was in stock.

JENNIFER IS A ROCK STAR! I visited the Foley store to both use the paper cutter/trimmer and buy one just in case I needed to adjust/align the edges of my brochure further. After 45 minutes of pure torture (my artwork, not OD's tools), I ventured to the desk for help. Jennifer not only solved my alignment problem, she also got my batch folded, beautiful and out the door in 15-20 minutes. She saved me at LEAST 6 hours of work - and that's weekend hours so it counts double. 😉 Thanks Jennifer!

Todd for the win! My card declined the order because it was for only $0.90 (assumed fraud). I went into the store not understanding why my order wasn't ready. Todd had me email the file that I needed desperately and printed it on the spot, despite the busy day they were having. A problem that was on me, and they still helped to make sure I had what I needed in time. Always a five star experience. Thank you so much!

I really like the Office Depot store here in Foley. They don't always have the lowest price but they are typically reasonable, have a great selection and are conveniently located. Their personal have also been quite helpful when I've needed assistance.

Copy center has great customer service

The staff at this location are friendly and helpful. The turnaround times on printing have been great. The team at the copy/print services area have been great at making suggestions for our future jobs.
