CMX Cinemas Pinnacle 14

It has been almost 30+ years since I've been to a movie at the theater. There were only a handful of people there. I don't know how they stay open as it never seems to have many people there. I gave it 5 stars because it is a very nice theater. Prices of tickets are a bit more than the last time (30+years ago) but that's to be expected. I went to see The Chosen 🙂

My family and I visited the area for the Christmas holiday and we decided to catch a movie, we received great customer service from April assistant manager and Sam who worked the concession counter, they were so helpful. The food was great and the place was very clean. If you are in town or live here this is definitely the theater to visit.

Very nice movie theatre. We came to see a movie around 2P.M. Prices were very reasonable and the staff was friendly! They also offer DBOX seating which moves and vibrates your seat along with the action of the movie. I didn't buy the ticket for this, but it's the first theatre I've seen with it. All around great experience!

Like being immersed? Watch a film in d-box. Be sure to reserve your seat as there are less than 20 of these seats.

really expensive food prices but i love this theater

The theater we were in was kinda small but completely adequate. The seats even laid back a bit it seemed. It was comfortable, not too hot, not too cold. Movies can be pricey, especially at night. But that's just the way things are these days, so I recommend going to earlier shows if you can. And the people who work there are nice. I lost my sunglasses and they turned on the lights to help me find them. Thanks guys!

Super clean...hot popcorn...all employees super nice..great choice of movies...went to a matinee for $7.50..wow!

Love the D-Box seats with a good 3D Marvel movie! (Dr. Strange was the best) It's worth the extra money to sit in those seats! Only theater around that has them!

Truly enjoyed the movie "A man called Otto". The theater was great. There are so many older folks that some movies get played with subtitles. We went to the matinee and saved money.

Quite easily the most comfortable and spacious seating of any theatre I've ever been in. I'm in 6'4 and never feel cramped. The chairs recline just the right amount for me too. The drink and popcorn deal is a fair price and because it's refillable I get exactly the amount I want.

Clean, old style theater, outdated yes. However kind of nostalgic for 90's babies. Very much dated like the ones we grew up going too. We went on a Tuesday evening for $5 each! Can't beat that these days. Haven't made it out of a theater for that little cost since I was a child, more nostalgia! Lol

I went here on tuesday and the cost of the tickets were only $5.50 a piece! Of course the cost of popcorn and candy was pricey but the admission price took a little of sting away. I definitely plan to come again on tuesday. By the way, the person at the ticket counter was VERY friendly and professional, as was the attendant at the concession stand. Im very thankful to the staff there. I had lost my phone there and after 1 1/2 days of searching, it was at the managers kiosk, waiting for me to pick it up! If u wanna see a great movie at a great price, i suggest u try CMX!

The staff was super great! They made the experience enjoyable! I will be returning for more movies! The sound was great, popcorn delicious, and the seats were comfy! Hit up this theater!!!!

On time, clean, and loud enough to hear without annoying you.

My first time back in a theater since the pandemic started and I wasn't disappointed. I decided to ease myself in with a matinee. The young lady with the pink hair in the ticket booth is a gem. She was so cheerful that it was contagious I felt good just walking in. Projection was good, sound ok, seats comfortable enough , it was dark, and the aisles wide enough not to trip over people. The young lady in the booth thanked everyone on the way out it's a nice touch. I'll be back again.

Comfortable seats plenty of room

Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Had to ask for salt for popcorn. Need a little more light to see steps and seats after movie has started. Excellent choice of shows for all ages. Can get tickets in advance on internet. Tues is 5 dollar day.

The movie was great and affordable. Also, the variety of food options makes this place our theater of choice.

Great local but modern theater located on hiway 59 in the Pelican Place Shopping Center in Gulf Shores Alabama. Playing all current movies. Tickets available on line or at ticket booth. They also have the interactive D-Box seats available with some movies. Snack bar with beer and wine available. Very clean with ample parking and wheelchair accessible. Therapy dogs allowed.
