Nice Publix and friendly check out service. Seriously, soon we'll be reminiscing about the nice cashier service we received when shopping at Publix, when no one has any cashiers left. It's already rare for a store to have any lines open and not have a super long line. Thank you Publix!

I get my prescriptions here. Never had an issue getting my prescriptions. I get notified when they are ready and the amount.

We were in store to purchase a birthday 🎂 today. Very impressed with the selection. The most perfect purple buttercream iced 🎂 caught my eye. It cut easily into 4 servings...😆 the bakery is Top Shelf!!

Stopped in to the Gulf Shores Publix last week & ordered a sub for the first time at this location. Joy prepared my sub & provided outstanding customer service with a smile! She made the ordering process easy for me, provided great suggestions & overall just made my experience one I wanted to tell all my friends & family about. I will definitely return to this location for lunch again soon & will recommend to everyone I know!👍🏻🎉

I was in the bakery tonight looking for a cake and I cannot give enough praise to Sean for helping me out! He was so kind, attentive, and friendly.

He went out of his way to make sure I was ok and answered any questions I have. He even went and grabbed a shopping cart for me when my hands were full.

I always have great interactions with the employees at this location, but Sean is amazing and deserves all the praise.

I ordered for pickup a few times, and the shoppers are fantastic and fast! Publix needs their own sandwich chain too, one of the best subs I've ever had.

As always, fresh produce, clean store, very helpful staff. Not like they used to be. They used to have staff walk around looking for people looking for something and always asking if you need help. They've taken those people out. I guess staff issues? It's a touch that I think public should bring back, because it's one of the things putting you guys above everybody else. Your people were always in the aisles there to help, I don't see it anymore. But other than that it's tops. barnone.

I don't care if it's more expensive than Walmart - they have better fruit & veg, a better deli and a better bakery than just about anyone else in town. And it's worth a few pennies extra to not be a part of the hoards of Walmartians down the road. I do think Rouses now had a better bakery but this is still pretty good. The store brand Publix Premium ice cream is a real treat, too. Better than many of the big national brands.

Clean. Well stocked. Great deli. Fresh fish. International aisle has most anything you need, except for miso (which I found at a local health food store).

This was the smoothest instacart pickup that I have had to date. I was informed that my order was ready well before it was scheduled to be complete, which was a huge help. Additionally, when I pulled into the parking lot I noticed a publix employee with bags in their hands near the entrance to the supermarket. I was surprised to realize as he waved me down that he was waiting there for me because I had indicated that I was on my way. This is exceptional customer service and rarely happens nowadays and I am just blown away in the extra mile that this store went to fulfill my order. My faith in excellent customer service was restored and this team is a clear example of how to take care of a customer.

Usually I don't buy sushi from a grocery store. But they were making it fresh today and the crunchy spicy crab roll really good

As with all Publix I loved it. Always nice polite people to deal with. Never a bad experience even in different locations, in different states.

Always have a good experience. Especially the bakery area. Check out the cheesecake cream filled cones (don't think that's actually what they're called) they are a Awesome!!

I always enjoy Publix because the staff seem so happy to be there and are very helpful. It was my first visit since being diagnosed as Celiac, and I found careful of gluten-free food.
