Needed a place to change my tires. I’ve gone to the same place for 20 years but then I moved and needed somewhere closer to where I live. Dan and Rick at Saitta were very nice and accommodating as well as professional when I called them about my 2003 Buick Century, and even more so when I came in the shop. I’m very pleased with the work and will definitely have more car work done with them in the future.

And my daughter had an issue with her car and needed new bearings and a hub and she was quoted $800 at Dobbs $700 at Combs auto and this place did it for $315. They were extremely kind, sincere and accommodating and very detailed, explaining the entire process. The brothers that own this place are the best!! Talk about a fantastic business. Thank you Saitta. You earned a customer for life.

I had a set screw cross threaded in a Andersen door handle. Google listed Saitta as having a machine shop. They said bring it by and removed the screw without damaging threads in the handle. They weren't going to charge me but I insisted they charge me something. $5

I wish I could give 10 stars! A tow truck driver recommended me to Saitta after word of mouth from his other customers. My car got hit & they replaced the struts, the bumper, even did the detailed lines AND replaced my brakes for me on top of it all & it was 1/3 the cost of ANYWHERE else and the job was immaculate; they literally went above and beyond! I sent my siblings there and now I need maintenance and they're using a part that I BOUGHT online; not forcing me to buy their products; AND they're getting a major repair done so quickly for so little $. You guys are so awesome I want to cry and rave at the same time. Thank you for being locally priced, family oriented, and treating me like a friend! I've told all my coworkers as well!

I highly reccomend Saitta. I saw some comments about getting attitude on 3 separate occasions. I find that some of them just get to the point and others are more social. Either way, I have brought my car there for repairs and they have always been fair in price and the work has been done well. That's what really counts.
The honesty is great. I had to have some work done on my honda and they were honest in saying that there were possible other reason for the problem and they didn't want to just start changing parts and charging for the work. We worked out the best option together and I was very satisfied with this level of honesty. Saved me a lot of money in the long run.

Cannot believe there is anything but 5 stars for this business. My family has been taking our cars there for 20+ years and not once have we received bad work or an unfair price. I’ve refereed plenty of friends there and all have been beyond satisfied with the outcome. Great service, great workmanship and honest upfront pricing. The only place I’ll bring my truck in STL.

Really nice guys, and very willing to help you out. I was having some problems with my jeep and they came outside and helped me get everything I needed to straighten it out. Their prices on some things are also actually better than the big chain stores by a lot. For instance $60 part at Oreilleys was just under $50 here.

I wish u could reply to some of these absurd reviews. Some guy gave it a one cause he felt demeaned for bringing in his own parts. Well duh the shop makes its money by selling parts so I don’t know anyone who would bring in their own parts. Who brings their homemade chicken to KFC to eat.
Well anyway I have been going to this shop since the father was working and he has been gone probably 20 years. Mr. Saitta taught his sons well and I only wish they did state inspections and I wouldn’t have to go anywhere else ever.

They have done work for us on about 10 different occasions for three different cars. the work is always thorough. They actually diagnose the problem before trying to fix it, instead of fixing things one at a time like a dealer might do.

The work is always professionally done, at a very fair price, and their estimates are accurate. I never take my car to a dealer anymore, unless it is something they just can't do there. There are very few things they can't do however.

This is one of the few places you will get honest service and pricing on your car parts and repairs. Rick, Bob and Dan gives excellent customer service every time. Highly recommend them to anyone for your car repairs.

I've there today (12/9/2017) and its a pleasure give them this review. Exceeded expectation. Good service, awesome on customer attention. They live their dreams there. Highly recommend. So thankful to solve my car's problem after many other place couldn't.

These are the nicest, most helpful people of any auto parts store I have ever been to. They have never failed to help me out when I needed it. I'm talking an experience of almost 25 years.

Recently started to shop at Saitta's for car parts and I have to say, they are great. I try as much as possible to go with local shops and these guys not only know their stuff, they are also very affordable.
I'm also getting my son involved with cars and he's been going there for parts for his car. He actually "hangs out" everytime he needs a part and gets words of wisdom and "how to's" from them from time to time.
Great place and won't be going anywhere else for my auto parts.

Needed a small repair on my truck and after making an appointment, they completed it in very little time and charged an exceptionally reasonable price. I will be going back in the future for parts and/or minor work.

Over the past 5 years these guys have been nothing but helpful to me with my mechanical and parts needs. I would, and do, highly recommend them. Keep up the good work, its greatly appreciated!

Dan was incredibly nice and helped me out with my wipers, and put them on without me even asking for help. They’ve got Charming and knowledgeable people running the place there.

This is a great family owned auto parts shop. They also do some repair work but they don't advertise this. They have been just over half the cost of other places the last half a dozen times I have called around looking for parts. Give them a try!

Great parts store and I can always find the little oddball but necessary stuff that's not carried by the regular chains.

Best price and quality service. They beat Dobbs every time and you do not need to stress over whether or not they are being honest.
