Got some great service here! They were slow, so me and a friend had 2 friendly guys helping us get/load 6 bags of salt and 4×60 lb sand bags.

Me and wifey wanted to purchase 1 of the new Spinning Brush tools. Even though the store's website said that they had em in stock, there were none on the accessible shelves.

Store employee 'Rick" came to our rescue and searched until he found 6 units high up on the stock shelves, where they obviously store units.

He was awesome, even entertaining us with funny one liners, prompting me to advise him that "he missed his calling!" Lol

Not to mention that the lady in Customer service, kept making sure that we found everything successfully! Sweet Lady, indeed!

Overall, AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

As consumers, we rarely get the enjoyment of expert customer service. Today, WE DID!

I used their key cutting kiosk to make two extra keys. I loved the ease and variety of images for the keys. I knew my daughter would like a particular image. I selected it for her.

Andrea in Lawn and garden was so helpful. A five star employee. She helped me find plants and helped me know which required sun or shade or both.

Ron from delivery and the gentleman with him did an awesome job delivering, and seeing up my new washing machine. They are fast and friendly.

I love the service. I seldom know the product name I need and never where to find it. Luckily, the associates do.

Give a big shout out to Mike, he was stocking some items up on a ladder and stopped to help me find the right mailbox. Was there on February 13.

Frequently need to stop in for local customer's supplies.
Always find the employee's friendly helpful and most times knowledgeable unlike several competitor's locations.

I am unable to drive ( currently), so needed to depend on the help from associates.
Brittany at the Service Desk was so very patient, helpful and kind to help me verify the product in the store for me.
She then connected me to Lawn and Garden.
There, I was able to speak with Taylor…
He, too, was so very kind and helpful in helping me locate the product that I wanted to purchase for pick-up.
I am just totally grateful to these young(er than me ) two people for going out of their way to help me!’n it made my day‼

Left the Chesterfield Lowe's after a horrible experience and came to this location. What a MUCH more pleasant experience. We were able to get all of the items we attempted to get at the other location. One was out on the shelf, but they found some higher up and got us one. One of the employees even remembered our pup and another was so sweet to him. We were in and out within a few minutes with everything we needed and a smile on our faces. Thank you so much for turning the day around.

I've been coming to this lowes for over a decade now. The service is always good, and the store is always clean, well stock, and well organized.

This is the best service I have ever received at a major "hardware store" Bill N in the plumbing department went out of his way to help me. He was very knowledgeable in the trade of plumbing and friendly. Thanks for the advice Bill N !!

Bad experience turned into great experience. I was having trouble understanding a display in the store and I asked for assistance... Elizabeth the store assistant manager was paged and ultimately assisted me. She was super cool and answered all of my questions. She seems like "real manager material" instead of just someone who just got promoted from within. If I had a retail business, I would hire her.

Today I went in a bit after 9:30PM. I was trying to make it quick so I wouldn’t hold any of the employees after closing hours. At customer service I was helped by a friendly nice young lady who directed me the the exact location of where I would find the item I was looking for.

Once I got to the cashier I asked if they offered Military discount where I was informed Lowe’s did. I was asked if I was registered to receive the discount but I could not remember.

Richard, the cashier who checked me out was so friendly and so much patience for me. I did not remember if I did or under which number I had registered. Richard didn’t mind that I took up 5 mins of his time trying to figure out. He even suggested I should register for the discount at customer service to receive the discount that night.

He went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer and delivered excellent customer service. Not once did Richard stop smiling while he was trying to help me. He truly made my night. Thank You Richard and thank you Lowe’s for hiring wonderful people like him.

so I had a project to do and unfortunately I had left my landscape pins back outside when I was loading all of my sand and rock so it wasn’t that much but I was basically out of money for the project and let’s face it some landscape pins aren’t that sheep soap I had called up there played my case I had spent $150 that day at Lowe’s and told them that I did not know where my landscape pins were. They review the cameras and found out that the footage was, didn’t really tell either way, so Rick the manager said you know what since you’re a valued customer Lowes, why do I go ahead and give you those because yours probably got re-stocked on the shelves now as I said it wasn’t that much money however, it made me feel good that someone had my back so the store manager Rick did an awesome job everybody as Lowes was extremely nice so the neck and neck raise of Lowe’s versus Home Depot Lowe’s up by one lol

I just went there again today! They have everything you can imagine and then some. I was buying paint and the men Who worked that Dept was extremely helpful. I always find the checkout lines to be fast and the cashiers to be knowledgeable and friendly. There is ample parking. Their lawn and garden center has a wide variety of plants and garden supplies. I can always find what I am looking for.
