Story Memorial Gardens Cemetery

Both of my parents are buried there. The facility is well maintained. I see other reviews from people who are complaining of care? Place is always taken care of and honestly..... people should not complain about doing a little clean up on their " loved ones" resting place.

Paid for perpetual care. What a joke. Their perpetual care is mow right over everything and to not respect anything. I just spent an hour chopping years of grass and mud from on top of stones

Mother in law was buried in Sept 2022, gravesite still has no grass and very obviously needs more dirt/top soil as site is lower than surrounding area.Very rude staff, told us never to call again. Think twice before purchasing here.

Talked to them last year about things taken off graves when put right next to stone asked if they would let us know when mowing so we could remove things had shepperds hook with wreath. Right agents stone. Two crosses and metal heart. All taken. I would like them returned. We had trimmed grass and cleaned up around stone. So there should not have been a problem. There were things left in other spots. Why are there no signs in front that tells you when to remove things there use to be. Send letters out to let us know. Very disrespectful

So disappointed every time we go there. For Memorial Day we went to decorate the graves and the graves were covered in mud. Couldn’t hardly see the names. Luckily we had water and a brush and could clean them off. Many times they are overgrown. Disrespectful.
