AT&T Store

I had a great experience recently at this location. The young man that took care of me was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and made my experience pleasant and easy.

Dayten was very patient and helpful during our visit! He put screen protectors on our phones, and when we noticed bubbles he fixed them for us, even putting a new one on for my sister when it couldn’t be fixed otherwise. Great experience!

Ok, you know how celk phone stores can be. Long waits, inattentive service, up-selling...

Loved the staff and the deals I was offered! Everyone working was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped me switch from my old carrier and save money! I never would have thought I could get my entire family new phones and save over 50$ from what I was paying before. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Cory at this store is a life saver! My iPhone was stolen in Brazil. After buying a new iPhone, I tried calling AT&T customer support to get my number transferred to my new phone via e-sim. They couldn’t figure it out, so I had my brother in law go to this store to see if they could do it. Cory was knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done quickly after verifying all of my information. I needed my old number back right away so I could get back into my accounts that required SMS 2 Step verification. Without his help, I would have been stuck in Brazil another 2 weeks without access to my online accounts, including the much needed Uber.

Dayton made a tricky situation seem like it’s just another day. Quick and easy visit made even better by positive collaboration between employees to come up with effective solutions to your issue! Great work to their team, and I highly recommend a visit.

Cory at AT&T on 24th Ave went above and beyond helping out with a problem involving a traveling relative and a stolen phone. Dude was prompt and professional and saved the day on a Sunday afternoon in about 10 min. I was expecting an ordeal and he made it easy.

This store is extremally welcoming . In fact, Dayton, went beyond what is possibly expected of an excellent salesman to help me. ATT&T is very lucky to have him as store mangier.

Dayton is an all-star running this store. He was quick to solve my problem, compassionate, and was welcoming and honest. Totally the opposite of what I was expecting walking into att stores in other states. Dayton is the best!

Chad has always provided top notch service when he has helped us out. I'd make it a point to only come in when he is working if I could, as he is a source of witty conversation, banter about local food places, and endless help and knowledge in regards to any service questions or concerns. Seriously just the most down to earth employee I've met in a while. Only other person besides Juan that I've personally worked with who has made it clear they care about customer care and support.

Juan has been a great help! He is highly knowledgeable and creates a family fun environment for us to enjoy during our stay at the store. He took care of our needs in a professional manner. I will recommend my family to come back and do business with him again.

CHAD WAS AMAZING TODAY ! Very kind, so helpful, very enthusiastic about his job and assisting people ! I've never seen an employer has happy as he is to work at a cell phone store! He was always friendly and smiling and just so happy to help. Very great employee to have.!He should be promoted to a manager immediately!! Please give him a raise so he will stick around!

I had an absolutely amazing experience when I stopped in! I had all my questions answered and was given top tier customer service!

Very friendly staff, went above and beyond in thier service. Was provided a free meal after getting a haircut though that may not be available everyday it was pleasant to have the staff offer something. Was also given great recommendations on businesses in the area. This kind of service is rare where I'm from so I'm thankful for my experiences today. Would recommend highly to anyone that likes a more personalized experience!!

Went in to get my screen replaced and Monica helped me out! I swear it always takes other places so long but she got it done quick and it looks so good! I'm very ocd about screen protectors being straight and without bubbles and will be going back to her every time!

Absolutely amazing service, whenever I’m in town I always come to this AT&T store and I always leave so appreciative of the support and service I get from here!

This time, Monica and the other gentleman who’s name I have forgotten, they worked for over an hour getting me the absolute best deal. I ended up upgrading my plan and plan on bringing my family over to this location to get on a family plan.

I went into the store to upgrade my devices, and I must say, Juan knows his stuff. He demonstrated to me his expertise and knowledge of the devices that I brought in from another store. I can tell his knowledge is far reaching. I will be sure to come back to contribute my business. He's is great at cultivating a great experience.
