Gale and Ryan are the best real estate agents one could ask for or think of. They are extremely knowledgable, experienced, professional, and also friendly. I have worked with them after my relocation to Iowa. I probably asked them to tour with me for over 10 houses, and they were always patient and provided me helpful and candid opinions about the houses. I feel fortunate to have Gale and Ryan with me navigating through the process in a market with uncertainty and interesting dynamics. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a responsible and insightful real estate agent in the area.

He was extremely helpful in our search for a new home. He was attentive during the offer process, helped us deal with some unexpected issues and was quick to follow up after the purchase. I live in VT, but was looking for a house in Ames, IA for my son to live in when he attends ISU. I wasn't sure what to expect when looking for a house without being able to be there in person. Gale was the BEST! Soooo helpful in all ways. She arranged virtual showings for me, answered all my questions, gave advice on pricing and process, and was just extremely responsive. She also helped arrange all the various people who were involved in the process: inspectors, radon mitigation people, electrical and plumbing contractors, utilities, mortgage preapproval people, and even a couple college students to help me move furniture. She helped find the PERFECT house and made the process very easy and very smooth! She's also been a god-send after the sale to check up on things and coordinate various things. I couldn't be happier with her services and would recommend her very highly! Love her!

We cannot recommend Ryan and Gale enough - they are great to work with! They helped us purchase our first home and then assisted with the sale of that home and purchase of a new home a few years later when we were in need of additional space. Very responsive and assist their clients with questions or concerns that arise during the buying and selling process. They made great recommendations for getting our home ready to list for sale. Ryan would continually update us on new houses that were hitting the market in our desired location when we were looking for a new home. We must've looked at dozens of homes, and our first 3 offers weren't even accepted, but I cannot express how great Ryan was to work with through the whole process. Never once did we feel like we were being rushed or pressured into buying a home - he looked at every home even closer than I knew how to and pointed out things I never would've noticed. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process.

As first time homebuyers, Ryan did an exceptional job walking us through the process and answering our many questions along the way. We completed the sale of our home recently with Gehling Real Estate, in spite of any hurdles associated with Covid19. Ryan Gehling was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the markets in Ames, Iowa.
