I have hired Beatriz in 3 occasions to sell my property. Two in slow market. One we met at 9pm at night to check the occupied with tenants property to sell. It was Friday night. She posted at 10pm and the next morning at 8am I had a buyer and 3 weeks later sold! similar with my 2nd and my 3rd property. She is not greedy money eager like a lot of realtors. She is now our tax preparer despite being one hour away. It is worth it at all levels and makes it easy for you to drop the paperwork and come back whenever you feel like it plus accommodates my rare disability.

I am a pest tech and went to service a long time customer that moved out but still owned the home. Beatriz was extremely rude and refused me access even with the home owner on the phone and disregarded my paperwork with all of their information. I have never come across such unprofessionalism. The vibes of her were purely DISGUSTING! RUN from this WITCH!
