Long standing bakery with an extensive list of baked goods and pastries at a very reasonable price. Brightly colored dining area to sit down and enjoy. Photographs, news stories and awards line the hallway and a shelf, displaying the rich history of the bakery.

My dad came here as a kid to visit his relatives and raved about the cheesecake, so we had to get one again! My dad got very nostalgic and claimed that it tasted the exact same as he remembered it.

I've never had anything from Krutas that I didn't like. I recently placed an order for pies and bread for a party. Added some cupcakes when I got there to pick up. My order was correct. Pick up was fast and easy even though they were busy. All of it tasted fantastic.

This bakery is AMAZING! I called for a strudel order only a day in advance, and they were able to help. Very patient over the phone and answered all of my questions. Great customer service and phenomenal strudel!

Best danishes I've had in the St. Louis area. Great donuts too. If you have a crew to treat call them and pre-order a Dolly Madison. They also have great freshly baked bread, I love the polish rye.

Kruta's bakery has been around all of my life and it is the go to bakery for all of your birthday and doughnut needs. My personal favorite is the jelly filled doughnut. This place is great for getting personalized cakes made. My kids are interested in subculture and they were willing to get creative and make us a unique cake that they would love for their birthday.

Always pleasantly surprised with the delicious treats here. Well worth the drive to Collinsville. And the artistry on a custom cake is out of this world. YumYum

We live almost 60 miles from this place. My wife’s family has been buying bakery from here for over 50 years. So anytime that my work takes my by this place I have to stop and get our favorites…cream and cheese horns and the cheese cake! If you’ve never had Kruta’s bakery, then you are truly missing out!

I’m going to tell you of a time I was working on a foundation near here. My wife ordered from them over the phone so I could just swing by on my way home. Well, my trucks battery died and I had no way to jump it til the homeowners returned which was going to make me late past the closing time and I wouldn’t be able to get the bakery. The owners drove the bakery to my location while I getting my truck back on the road!

These donuts and pastries are incredible. Hands down some of the best we've ever had!

I've been going to this bakery for years. Every item is great! I really enjoy the pecan square, cream horns and several of their fruit pastries.

I grew up sharing a delicious treat from this Kruta's Bakery from time to time. Always a delightful experience. Tip: The gooey butter is a must try!

Gooey butter cake was amazing! This is a must stop place if you travel through Collinsville. The new addition is wonderful.

In business since 1919, you take a number and patiently wait your turn. The cookies are 26 cents! I have never seen such a variety of unusual bakery goods. The kolaches are wonderful! Staff is pleasant and coffee smells great. Didn't get any but the pastries are worth the wait.

They have the best pastries that I have ever had and the prices are so much less than other bakeries.

Stopped in late but they still had some custard filled donuts and some apple strudel! If you haven't been, I would 10/10 recommend! They are so good! I've got to stop by earlier in the day next time so I can get at least a dozen!
