I'd used Matt when I was looking for a rental property a few years back.
He'd gone so above and beyond helping me with a rental, that when I was purchasing a home, it was an easy decision to use him again.
I can't stress enough how manageable Matt made my home purchase. He took me (so patiently) to a plethora of homes, helped me with the mortgage process and even long after the sale, Matt was still offering help, giving me references when we decided to have some work done in the new house. Highly recommended!

We worked with Mary Nelson and she was AMAZING! Trying to get a house in this market was crazy, but Mary went above and beyond to book us as many showings as possible, even going out to see places late on weeknights after my husband and I got off work. She was always very responsive to messages and easy to get in touch with! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a house!

Matt is my property manager, he is attentive and a very easy person to connect with. He isn't pushy and makes sure to keep up with maintenance requests. Overall happy with the living situation with them being the bridge between me and the owner.

She was compassionate, attentive, responsive and helped me find a quality apartment that I was looking for. I highly, highly recommend anyone looking for a real estate agent to work with her as she is best in town!

I've been trying to sell my house for 2 years. I re-listed with Mary Nelson and her team and my house was sold in 5 days. I was out of state and Mary went above and beyond to make sure my house looked great!
