10/10 experience all the way through. Restore staff followed up right away after I submitted the form on the website and were able to send someone out the same day.

Marco expertly and accurately diagnosed the issue, which confirmed my suspicions about a slow leak from an upstairs shower drain (caused by the previous owner's DIY special). He clearly explained the options, estimated costs, and timeline.

He was able to fix the issue during that same day in less than 2 hours while I finished work and kept the dogs occupied. Marco went above and beyond installing and securing the new drain -- communicating updates when necessary, considerately tarping out the work area, disposing of debris, and sweeping up when finished.

Restore is definitely my new go-to plumbing and drain expert -- and I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I have to say I’ve always had such an amazing experience with Restore plumbing and drain company. They’ve always gone above and beyond with their customer service. They give me so many options. They’re very detailed and always super professional. We are loving our new toilet. He did a great job installing it and cleaning up after. Super friendly too. Plus, he had shoe covers on so he wouldn’t get our carpeting dirty. The little kind gestures are very much appreciated. I highly recommend this company. Actually, my neighbors now use this them bow too. I’ve used their services for my kitchen sink twice and now our bathroom toilet. I can't say enough good things about Restore, from the first call/ appointment setting, to the initial visit and quote, return for completion of the job and followup from the office - EVERYONE was SO NICE.

They priced the job - not the area in which I live. If I was a not-nice person I'd mention a different company (who you'd probably recognize as they do a LOT of advertising in the Chicagoland area) whose quote was FOUR TIMES higher.

Beyond the value, the work and service was excellent. Our technician for the day was Luis and you'd be lucky to have him work at your property. Our family will definitely be using Restore again in the future

We had an issue with our sink today at work and we called restore and they sent out Luis. Let me tell you a little bit about him, he’s super reliable every time we’ve had an issue here, he’s came out and got the job done. He remembers my name, my sister’s and our mom’s when he’s talking to us. He talks nice to us and wants to help us make the best decision for our business. He makes sure to always discuss pricing and warranties before the work is started to make sure everyone was in agreement for it. I highly recommend calling Restore for any services you might need. First time using Restore Plumbing and Drain. I was looking for someone to drain and fill water heater(tune up) and to inspect homes plumbing overall. With a quick google search and came across this company with 5 stars and that 100% reflects their service. Super easy to schedule, justin that came and did service was very nice and professional. 5/5 would recommend to family and friends.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Dan came to our home to investigate a steady flow of water in our basement. It was coming from the corner of the foundation, and had a slight sewage smell. Dan looked all over the house and checked all the plumbing. Before having me commit to any procedure or deposit, Dan went outside and across the street and checked the village sewer line. Dan found that the village sewer was completely clogged, and that was causing sewer water to back up into our home. Public works was called and they fixed the problem which in turn fixed our problem. I was really impressed with Dan's knowledge of the job, and he was very friendly and extremely professional. I really appreciate him checking everything to find the problem, instead of offering a quick, and possibly expensive, fix. I'll definitely call Restore should another problem happen in our home. I had Dan work with us to fix the last house owners DIY plumbing job. He was very friendly, informative, and professional. He took the time to clearly explain things and gave me confidence that I made the right choice by choosing Restore. He came by on Wednesday to inspect and give us an estimate and then arrived on Friday to do the job. There were no surprises in price or expectation of work done. Everything was clearly explained and described so we knew exactly what to expect and what options we had. The work done looked fantastic and truly showed his 20 years of plumbing experience. The price was very fair, and Dan always made the effort to ensure that I understood what was happening and why. In addition, Dan was very easy to talk to, sociable but professional, which helped ease a stressful situation. I feel confident that we have found a plumber and company that me and my family can how claim as our go-to plumber!

Justin, from Restore Plumbing and Drain came out to service our leak the same day I called them. He was friendly, professional and went above & beyond to service and fix our issue. I have used Restore in the past with consistently great service and Justin is another example of the great people that work for Restore. We are very pleased with all of our interactions with Restore plumbing. We had our basement remodeled, and Restore plumbing took care of moving pipes to a new location in our basement, installing all of our shower pipes and faucets, installed our toilet and all of the vanity needs. We also had Restore install a back up sump pump. Tom was great about being patient with us and explaining everything in depth. He gave us options. Matt did a great job handling all of the pipes being moved and always answering every question we had. He also took the time to look at our upstairs toilet that had been running. Justin and Matt both did a great job installing our backup sump pump, and answering all questions. I would strongly recommend Restore plumbing for any needs. Every person we interacted with was honest, kind, and more than willing to explain and answer questions.

I requested a quote online and received a call within the hour. My toilet was clogged and not flushing properly. They sent someone out that day. He got it unclogged in a matter of minutes. I compared prices with other plumbers in the area and found that Restore's rate was about the same or even cheaper than other plumbers in the area. Would recommend these guys. They know what they're doing, and respond promptly.

Kris was awesome! Our kitchen sink wasn’t draining and our dishwasher was spilling out water. He gave us a few scenarios of what could possibly go wrong. After draining our sink, he found the issue and resolved it. From start to finish, I think it took him less than hour to fix our problems. Job well done, thank you!

Our technician rodded out our sewer line and removed the roots that caused the back-up in our floor drain. He was on time and did a great job . We have not had any issues since.
