I had stomach surgery and could eat very little, and they made my order how I wanted it. I had my first coffee after weeks, and I got a decaf latte coffee. The staff are amazing.

It is a very cozy place to hook up with friends or just by yourselves. We had excellent service. The squash soup was very good. Love that there is an ethnicity of employees there.

I extremely love the service Allen was excellent ,professional,went above the call. Kris was fast and attentive, making sure food was served timely and checking on everyone . Chi was a piece of Haven and the there was Brianna killing me with kindness . What a all-star team . I will be back.

Quick and easy to order online and pick up in store. Food was fresh and hot even after driving home. Their value duets are good portion sizes for that deal.

My wife loves the Sesame Asian Chicken salad. I usually get soup and a sandwich. We've never been disappointed there.

I can not resist this acorn squash soup! My goodness it is so creamy, sweet and delicious. Their grilled cheese is an excellent side to dip in the soup. Topping it off with green tea. Yummy, thank you for moving into the neighborhood BREAD CO! :-)

Great food and great service.

I love the Belleville location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have the sip club membership and it's great. I highly recommend. The food can be a bit on the pricy side, but the sip club membership gives discounts and helps mitigate the cost a bit.

I’ve been disappointed in the changes of their menu in recent years and hadn’t visited them as often as I use to. But I gave them another try this evening and I was not disappointed. I had a chicken chipotle avocado melt and it was delicious!

Just had the best dine in experience, largely due to Lorraine, who took my order. She immediately stopped what she was doing and greeted me warmly. She is very personable and professional. It was quite apparent to me that she was genuinely interested in my Panera experience. I took advantage of the 99 cent pastry deal. Lorraine, without me asking, wrapped it up in Saran wrap, to keep it fresh for tomorrow morning. My lunch order was accurate, delicious and piping hot! Well done! Thank you, Ron Frauenfelder.

I have recently had some small mess ups, I believe more at the hands of the door dash driver than the restaurant, but my most recent order was wet from my soup and missing a 4pack of cinnamon rolls. When I called, the manager was extremely nice, listened to me, immediately remade my order, explained the door dash situation, and I had a hot, dry order delivered quickly with my cinnamon rolls!

Always smells amazing, Great environment and they are eager to get your order for you. Very clean in front and where the cooks are at back counter Great too, and clean work area. Eager to get your order ready if it hasn't been placed on bar to pick up.

The vehicles in drive-thru moved at a steady pace. My breakfast sandwich was delicious and piping hot. Tiffany added to the experience by being so personable. It was quite apparent to me that she was genuinely interested in my drive-thru experience.

A week ago, I went through the drivethru at the Belleville location and ordered a sandwich and 6 bagels. 5 Asiago & 1 cinnamon crunch. When I got home, 30 minutes away, I realized 1 Asiago bagel was missing. Normally, I would have just said oh well, but I decided to call and let the manager know of the mistake. I was nice about it, and she responded very nicely and offered to send me a coupon for a bagel upon my next return. I figured I might not get it. But today, I got it! I was super happy that she followed through on her promise and took my complaint seriously. Just wanted to say “Thank You” to manager Stephanie! 😁 You’re Awesome

Great service!!! I ordered 2 cookies and they forgot to put it with our order. Did not noticed until I got home. Called and spoke with the manager,Bill. He was very friendly and apologetic. He gave me a courtesy delivery to my home just to deliver 2 cookies. My home is out of their delivery range. Tara was here with the cookies in 15 minutes. She was very friendly and greeted me with a smile.This is what I call " going above and beyond to satisfy your customers." Thank you Bill and Tara!!!

My sister and I love this place. I've also held important meetings there. It is very nice & quiet. The food is awesome, especially the turkey with cranberry jam. The taste is out of this world. You must try it. It's a healthy spend on "Thanksgiving" even when it's not that holiday season.

This dinner was a money maker for our churches day care. We cc'd went early at 4:30. It wasn't crowded. My food was excellent and the staff brought the food to our tables. My dinner was excellent. We sat around and chatted for about 2 hours. The staff came around and cleaned the tables. This was my first experience with this particular restaurant and I will return.
