AT&T Store

Recently moved to this area from out of state and have been overwhelmed with the whole moving process. I know I needed to update my information and check out plan options, but dreaded dealing with customer service as I've never had a good experience. I was pleasantly surprised and genuinely impressed with the help of the Retail Sales Consultant Carté. He went above and beyond. Not only did he assist me in updating my information, he also helped me explore plan options that would work best with my new budget. I didn't feel pressured or intimated to buy something which was definitely a first for me. I felt comfortable and confident with the entire exchange. I 100% recommend coming to this location and working with Carté if you need help or have any concerns.

Went to the Belleville crossing store twice in a couple days to resolve major issues on my account. Spoke with Rachel, was fantastic. She took her time with me for over an hour each visit writing things down and explaining account to me. I appreciate her patience....

Kevin and Carte were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products. Helped us with our purchases and set our new phones up for us. After a week of going to other stores and being told we had to wait 2 weeks, we walked in and out with what we wanted effortlessly. I would recommend to everyone to see these guys for your att purchases

I took my elderly aunt in to get her first mobile phone. Our representative, Robin, was kind and patient as we worked through the process and made sure she understood the payments and what to look for in future payments.

I went into the At&t Belleville, IL (store # L987) and was helped right away by Will. Will was very helpful and very patient with me. He was able to get my google account up and running which I had no clue on how to restore my account!!

I was just in the Belleville Crossing AT&T store for a screen saver, case and a pop socket. I had Will Hutsch wait on me. He went above and beyond with customer service to help me out! Installed everything that I purchased too!! He was so personable and kind ~ truly makes a difference with customer service! Thanks so much!!!

William Hutsch was super helpful, he took his time to help replace my screen protector and make sure it was applied correctly also, he informed me of an offer by buying an additional product that, i was to receive a free AT&T product. William had great customer service and was very knowledgeable about my phone care needs. I have worked in customer service myself for over 30 years and it was pleasant dealing with him on my visit to the Belleville Crossing store.

Best store around and the staff Is great (at this store) can't say the same about the others 1s in my area
