Nice store! Clean and friendly staff. Very nice selection of merchandise.

Justice in the pharmacy took care of me. He gave excellent service as well as good advice on getting my claim approved quickly. In the end he took care of it himself and I was able to get in and out very quickly with my meds. The store itself was very clean and stocked well. I will most definitely be back here again.

I'm a member of their award program.  You can't beat their buy one, get one free supplements promotion.  The savings from this program is legit.

Adam, Shayla, and Daisha are awesome employees. They go above and beyond for the customers; even the ones that coupons :). I would recommend this Walgreens compared to the others in Belleville any day.

Lady at the pharmacy wouldn’t fill my script because “it’s take 20 mins to fill and they were 20 mins til closing”. So, I now have to go to a different Walgreens because she didn’t wanna do her job for the final 20 mins of her shift

Worst customer service ever. Just had to drop off a prescription after being in a car accident but instead I had a women tell me it had to be at the drop off window, even though she could have taken it. But Instead I waited for 45 minutes behind someone who just needed information on his updated vaccine and they couldn't even do that. Everyone here is green. I didn't see one professional giving good or even average customer service. I went to the CVS at scnhucks next door Instead and was in and out. 😀

This place is across the street from me and I prefer to go to the Walgreens down the street.

They seem to speak to everyone except black males upon entrance into the store from experience. I have noticed this for years because i have been patronizing them for years now. I have spent a considerable amount of money there and more times than I would like to admit, I have had an uncomfortable and displeasing experience.

Today I visited around 11-11:30a.m on 3.20.19... The manager on duty was not accomadating at all. He seemed to do everything he could in order to NOT assist me with my purchase.

The pharmacy has always been helpful and I commend them for that aspect, but that seems to be the only thing worth noting.
I will continue to try to avoid them moving forward. When a patron is spending hard erned money at store the last thing they want is an ongoing negative experience.

Yes all the bad reviews are true. The people here are really disrespectful and uneducated. They can have 30 people working and yet your standing at the counter for 30 mins and nobody checks you out. Its really stressful watching employees just stare at you when they should be helping you. And dont try coming here at 8 am when they open because it might look open but nobody is there and nobody is going to help you.

This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! With uneducated, condescending employees who know NOTHING about "Customer Service"! If they did...they would have realized that opening a register to break a $20. Was WELL WORTH IT compared to PERMANENTLY LOSING A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!! Brilliant!!

Pharmacy drive thru is awful . There was 1 car in front of me & I waited 20 minutes. I dont get how this process is so slow

Almost had to beat up the managers and employees they are beyond disrespectful and hate if you bring a coupon just beyond unprofessional and that’s going to get one of them hurt real bad you see they have 2 stars don’t waste a dime or your time at this location

The manager is a racist she showed that this morning will never shop there again zero stars
