Today I got life saving help from Haron in plumbing department, thank you so much. He helped me fine the correct pipe and L for the new water heater we install. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 😊

BEST SERVICE EVER!!! The ceiling fan I wanted was not on the shelf, but Smiley, John, and Dan looked in extra places then went online to find one at another HD. They were SUPER friendly. My sister and I felt like family!

I got there late almost closing time but one employee took me to the items that I wanted. Also got a veterans discount. Good job!

I want to give a special thanks to Nathan and Karen for helping me with trying to locate a dehumidifier. I had to go to another location because of the cost. They helped and assisted me. thanks, Home Depot team. The helped me early in the morning. I disturbed Nathan from his meeting, and he had no problem assisting the customer. I absolutely love Home Depot that is my store. The O'fallon store especially. I know everyone there, I know where everything is at and I even help people in the store myself

This Home Depot has the most helpful and friendly associates in customer service, more so than any other Home Depots, that I have frequented it in the past. Leonna in customer service is fast and efficient. She is very personable. It’s always quite apparent to me that she is genuinely interested in my return experience.

The young woman at the Customer Service Desk...I believe her name was Krista; was so nice and helpful!! She took care of my return and had a new item ordered quickly. Highly recommend this location for Home Depot!

I had to match a paint color, and the person who was working there was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I went here yesterday looking for a wheelchair but unfortunately you can only buy them online. I met a associate named John who went above and beyond to help me. After a couple phone calls I was on his way to his Moms to see if the wheelchair She had would work. John thank you for being amazing 👏

This is by far one of my favorite home improvement stores. There's plenty of staff, but you do have to stop someone to get help with something because they're not going to ask if you need any assistance.

They ALWAYS have what I need for any home project.

Always find exactly what I'm looking for when I go to Home Depot the Isles are well signed and if prices are great and the people same friendly

I asked were stain is and the worker told me and then a couple of mins later the worker asked if I needed help so I thought that was doing his job well, I came towards the check out and saw self check out and a cashier and she says I would be glad to take you very nice service!

The employees here are awesome. David from appliances helped me find a fridge and washer appropriate for my budget and time frame. On a second trip, I needed help finding a product. An employee in flooring told me the exact aisle number and location in the aisle to find said product. I was impressed. The store was clean, bright, well stocked,and clearly signed. The self checkout was a breeze because of the hand scanner. There is no need to take bulky/awkward items out of your cart. Just scan them in place. And the biggest take away is their prices are fair and competitive even to shopping online with amazon.

If you ever need help, look for Karen! She has always gone the extra mile in helping find what I need.
