What a fabulous trip! All planned by Brinda Amin! We asked a lot of Brinda because there were 8 of us, all with different parts of vacations to put together! Some were traveling earlier and going Germany and other places and we joined them in Paris for 4 days and then travelled on to Positano (Amalfi Coast) Italy. And Brinda handled it all!
We had tons of different things we were trying to piece together and Brinda was able to take care of getting it all coordinated.
Our favorite part was Positano and the Amalfi Coast, where Brinda hit the way we like to travel perfectly! We knew virtually nothing but she planned it beautifully from a fabulous hotel, to a personal driver that took all over the coast with a friendly but professional attitude, to a semi-private and super exhilarating cruiser boat ride around Capris Island with swimming and touring of the Island. Brinda gave us just enough to do with just enough free days that made our trip perfect!
We will be using Brinda for all our travel from now on!

Brinda was amazing and flawless. I had absolutely my best vacation in Tulum at the Royalton Hideaway Resort. I'm trying to figure out when and where to go next. Brinda made the travel experience effortless. I was never unprepared (she gave great instructions) and everything was set up for me by her. I would 10/10 recommend Brinda and will be using her services again - hopefully for a EuroTrip :)

Brinda was very easy to work with. She was very responsive to emails, my questions and a couple of issues that arose. She designed an almost 3 week trip that was full of great things to see but wasn't so much that we were exhausted. We had plenty of free time to explore or rest as we wanted. The hotels were all in excellent locations and were very nice. I would recommend using Brinda, especially for first time travelers and for an extensive trip.

A must see ! Bucket list kinda island, Sicily is so historic and romantic. Can’t go wrong going there. Alpha travel put together an awsome trip!! They know there stuff

We recently returned from a trip to Spain. Brinda was extremely helpful in planning all of the logistics. She answered questions promptly and was knowledgeable about the places we visited. While on our trip, Brinda continued to communicate with us about excursions and transfers.

If you are looking for 5 star customer service look no further!! In a very short timeframe, Brinda organized an amazing 2 week family trip to Europe. Everything was perfect: accommodations, travel between countries, and tours. Working with a professional who is an exceptional listener makes planning a pleasure. We have already started working with Alpha Travel on our next trip.

We went to Brinda with a fairly complete plan for a trip to Peru and Argentina. She was able to make some refinements that improved our plans. Her work with all the reservations (flights, connections, hotels and tours) was efficient and she was very responsive to our questions and requests. We were having a good time in Peru but then we heard news that Argentina was imposing restrictions upon those entering their country (virus related). We knew we had to interrupt our trip and return home. We called Brinda and she was able to quickly find and book return flights for us. We didn't know at the time but soon learned that we had departed Peru only 26 hours before they closed their airport. We're sure she was getting very busy so we're grateful for all her efforts on our behalf to get us home.

2021 Update - still highly recommending Brinda at Alpha Travel for any vacation planning. Everything I mentioned in my review 3 years ago is all still true. Just returned from Costa Rica -- and when I am ready for another vacation - I will turn to Brinda to help me decide on a destination and handle all the details for me. Exceptional service all the time and never disappoints.

2018 Review: When I decide I need a vacation, I call Brinda at Alpha Travel. I have worked with Alpha Travel for several years for my vacation planning and have never been disappointed. They gain an understanding of what you like to do, and come back to you with itineraries that fit. I have vacationed in Africa, Hawaii and Vancouver - with Brinda's recommendations and itineraries. Every detail was covered. I highly recommend their services and have recommended to friends to give them a call.

This was our first time using a travel agent to plan our vacation, and to say we were nervous about it would be an understatement. However, after working with Brinda, I can say without hesitation that I would utilize her services again. She did a great job listening to what we would like to do for our tours and booked through reputable tour agencies. We also very much appreciated her suggestions on what to do and see on our “free days.” She took all the guess work out of how we were going to get places by booking transportation to each place which made the entire experience stress free. Before we left, she had given us a very detailed outline of what we would be doing each day which was appreciated and even included a couple of little gifts. There was even an incident that occurred while we were abroad, where weather was impacting the time of our tour and Brinda made sure to get a hold of us to let us know what was happening. We would recommend her to anyone planning a trip!

Alpha Travel was great to work with. Both Nick and Brinda were very helpful and responsive. Booking was easy and detailed confirmation emails made it very easy to navigate our international travel plans. Our family will definitely use them again for future travel!
