Pro-Resto Inc did a wonderful job completing our roof, siding, trim and gutters. From the beginning until the end, Jennifer and Brandon were a pleasure to work with! They kept us updated throughout the process; it started prior to Winter and we had to wait until Spring for the work to begin. We appreciated that nothing was rushed and the team(s) took their time to do a thorough job. Jen and Brandon advocated on our behalf, took care of any unforeseen issues quickly and answered all our questions. The team(s) were on time each day, kept us informed as to what the timeframe would be for each day and cleaned up after the project was completed. The final project looks amazing and we are very pleased with how everything turned out. The color we chose looks fresh and beautiful!

These guys did an amazing job from the first visit and consultation to the very end of the job. They worked to provide a thorough estimate and worked directly with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. Scott Michaels was super responsive to all questions and concerns and followed through on any issues. My job included Roof, Gutters, Vinyl Siding, Aluminum Trim, Facia, Soffits and a new garage door. All of the crews did an excellent job and were very considerate of our property and landscape. Everything is 100% transparent and they went above and beyond to get us the best products and value for our home. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend them for any of your exterior needs. Scott Michaels and the team from Pro-Resto were a pleasure to work with! Be it working through the claim process, picking out the materials for the roof, scheduling and keeping an install date, completing the work in a single day, it could not have been any smoother. As you can see from the photo, we have many plants around our home, this was a concern for us. The install team did a great job in preparing the job site before they started (plywood set up around garage door, large windows), tarps draped from the gutters to the ground (past the plants), not a single plant was damaged. The install team also took great care in cleaning up around the home when the work was complete. The new roof looks amazing. I would not hesitate to (and have) recommend them.

We contacted Pro-Resto after a recommendation from a neighbor and after the recent tornados and storms. They were friendly, efficient and very helpful with dealing my insurance and answering our many questions. The workmen arrived early, set up and got to work.
My roof on my home was completed on time, they were careful to move or cover all things that could not be moved, they cleaned up quickly and did a great job. The roofs look amazing. You won't be disappointed...

Very happy with the service and quality of workmanship. All parts of the job were handled as agreed. When they were done installing the roof the job manager told about a chimney issue that needed attention. They went back up on the roof to get me pictures which was very helpful. I would recommend them.

The whole process went pretty smooth. Jennifer was very responsive and explained everything to me. It does take a little bit of time due to the insurance going slow, but the Pro-Resto part was great.
The actual roof was done within one day.
So far I had a great experience with the workers, but the best part was the communication I had to Jennifer. She’s on top pf her game!

Great experience from the evaluation of our hail damage to the last shingle being installed!
