Last month I went to US Motors to trade in my car. My car had stopped working transmission went out. Instead Nick taking the trade of my car he assists with getting my car fix with his mechanic. I was able to get my car back on the road the next day. Thank you, Nick, for not taking advantage of me as a women and helping me out in getting my car fix with reasonable cost. I know a lot of dealers/mechanics would have taken advantage and offer me to pay more or not even offer honest guidance or best option. Just bought the truck (2004 F-150) two days ago and it was a good experience. Nick, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and seems to be a good, hard-working and honest man.

Be aware that US Motors takes the CarMax approach; so there is little-to-no room for negotiation. The asking price IS the price. The price they set for this truck was, however, in line with Kelly and very fair considering its condition.

Also, it's worth mentioning that although the sales contract clearly states that all sales are final and "as is," Nick assured us that if we had any problems with the vehicle in the next three days that we could return it. And, in spite of the contract, I have no doubt that he is a man of his word.

Tomorrow is the last of my three day period but the truck is in great condition...it runs and drives like new...so I don't think I'll be seeing Nick again anytime soon. Unless, of course, I need a second car. If I do, Nick will be my first stop.

I needed a replacement car unexpectedly, and hadn’t been car shopping in years. A friend recommended U S Motors. I went there and met Nick, and explained to him I needed something that would get good gas mileage since I do a lot of driving. Nick went above and beyond with helping me find a car that was exactly what I needed! He found several cars and stayed in great communication with me – asking if one or the other met my preference. I might have been a bit picky, but Nick didn’t seem to mind – he kept looking and only a few days later called again saying he had an ‘09 Chevy Aveo. It’s been a perfect car! I believe Nick to be extremely trustworthy and see that he has his customer’s best interests in mind at all times. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience.

Low mile car at a great price. Negotiable people. Had an issue with the title, they told me to sit back and relax they would handle it. I trusted them and they kept their word. Got the title in my name and the car has been working great 8 months now.

I purchased VW EOS 2008 from this dealership and after having it for a while(about six months) I decided it’s time to leave a review. I choose US motors simply because it had the car I was looking for at a very competitive price. When I went there I entered from the wrong side, because I ended in the shop of the dealership. My very first impression was how clean and organized the actual shop is considering there was some mechanical work done on a vehicle as I entered. I walked into the office and I was greeted by Nick who I spoke with on the phone earlier. He seemed friendly and genuine folk. Nick was dealing with other customers at the moment but took a minute to greet me and verify the car I was coming to see. After taking care of the formalities he gave me the car keys and I was on my way for a test drive with my fiance without anybody else. I liked that because I could never comfortably speak my mind with a salesman in the car with us. I should take a moment to mention I wanted to buy this car for my fiance since her lifelong dream was to have a hard top convertible. I was really happy with the car so we purchased it. After driving it through the winter I noticed the roof started leaking a few drops of water every time it rains. I googled the issue and I found out this is a common problem for the model. I called Nick for advice and he told he inspected the car for such problems before putting it on the market. However I should stop by the dealership first chance I get so he can take a look. When I went there Nick and his mechanic were tinkering with the roof for about 30 min to ensure all the moving parts are working properly and the rubber seals are not damaged. Nick’s guess was the melting snow and freezing rain might be the cause. He pulled out a small bottle, of what I later found out, was silicon seal lubricant, and “greased” the rubber parts of my roof. When I asked him what the damage is he said it’s 50$ and I can keep the bottle of lube which he ordered specially for me. Later I found out that the same lubricant cost 37$ at Amazon and I was supposed to use it every three to six months to keep my roof working as designed :).
My overall experience with this dealer is 5 STARS. The reason I’m posting a review right now is because I was looking for the address, so I can recommend it to a friend, and I got reminded of it. I called him 2 weeks ago to ask if he has any VW GTI (I noticed a lot of VW in his shop) for myself and his answer was “I didn’t see any I like at the auctions, I will keep you posted”. I do recommend US Motors and I feel I can trust Nick when it comes to used cars. My whole take on him was that I’m dealing with a person as supposed to a salesman trained by the big corporations to close deals and generate profit. I recently found out that he is also the owner of the dealership too. 5 STARS.

I was in the market to buy a used car because unfortunately someone totaled my Honda Accord. After two months of looking for the perfect Mini Cooper, I finally came across a 2009 Clubman located at U.S. motors. Before arriving, I spoke to the owner Nick who said he would keep his shop open for a couple more hours to wait for my arrival. Upon arriving Nick greeting me with a friendly handshake, showed me to the vehicle and gave me a detailed run through of all the amenities included. Before letting me take it for a test drive, He generously gave me $20.00 for gas, handed me the keys and let me and my boyfriend take it out on our own. I was informed that the car had new brakes put in, new spark plugs, a tune-up, fresh oil change, and a thoro diagnostic test done. He was okay with me bringing my own personal mechanic or taking it to Firestone to get it checked out but because it was a Saturday night, and everything was closed, per my request he allowed me to have his mechanic hook the diagnostic machine to the car so I can personally see the that there were no codes indicated to give me a peace of mind. Nicks also took the time to go over the carfax with me in detail so that the history of the car was completely transparent. To top things off Nick even went out of his way to purchase me a three month warranty plan with ASC that covered the engine and transmission out of his own pocket to guarantee I would be in good hands once I left his parking lot. Nick went above and beyond to make my car buying experience as comfortable as possible. I arrived there Saturday night right before he was about to close and he patiently stayed open until about 9pm as we competed all the paperwork. Nick was professional and genuine and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a good used car!!

I came to US Motors by recommendation of a friend. Bought 2009 VW Tiguan. Everything looks great so far, I got a great car by excellent price. Also, Nick(owner) is a great guy. I definitely recommend this place.
