Great experience. Ordered balloons online that were going to be delivered when venue was not yet open. Talked with staff and management who handled the cancellation and rescheduled to deliver in perfect! Thank you!!!

Big collection of costumes, huge collection of balloons. You can buy candy as well as party supplies. Friendly associates , and thumbs up for them keeping the costumes organized by age even though we are quite close to Halloween. Not all stores I visited managed to keep the costumes section in a decent condition, which made looking for the costumes more like a hunt!

Gael was an absolute treasure. My 3 year old was trying to sneak in some extra party supplies and Gael worked out a deal with her: in exchange for the unwanted supplies he’d give her a balloon. He took her over to choose a balloon color, showed her how he filled it up, and asked her what color string she wanted. He was super personable and easy to talk to for us adults as well. All around great dude. Thank you, Gael.

Elizabeth has customer service that is unmatched. I've never had someone turn my day around and had the stress of planning a shower get so quickly unloaded as when she came up to me in this store and helped me through my entire shopping experience. I can't thank you enough for your sincere dedication to product knowledge. I felt like a guest the second I walked into this location.

Just got off the phone with a store associate by the name of Jada. She was extremely helpful and very nice on the phone. I purchased two halloween costumes online for store pickup. It stated online that if the costumes are not picked up in two days the purchase will be cancelled. I called to let them know that I will not be able to pick them up till Friday afternoon. Jada was able to answer my question and even offered to put a note on my order to hold til Friday. Thank you Jada

An associate I spoke with on the phone today, I thin her name was Liz, was very helpful in letting me know where I could find an item that is out of stock in stores and online. Very polite and does her job well!

Guaranteed...you will find what you are looking for here. Halloween costumes are a bit pricey...i go online...but everything else is great. Balloon counter seems a bit slow and always busy....but I am happy with the service and goods that i get here.

Party city is a great place to get all of your party needs such as cups, plates, and decorations. They also have lots of costumes for Halloween. The staff at this party city is very nice and I recommend shopping here!

My favorite place...through they were all closing since closure to my home closed in Spring, 2020. This place is the best as is the staff..cheerful service and very informative..overly hellful..not complaining, pure compliments!

After visiting various party stores in the area, Plainfield, Bolingbrook and Oswego, this one had what I was looking for and friendly staff. Unfortunately, didn't get much assistance from the other stores.

I always come to this place to store my stuff. But the prices go up every 6 month I don't like that very much.

Party City is great. Sorry to see them consolidating though like other brick and mortar stores. Oh well.
