I was skeptical about buying a car that was 1,000 miles away. But I read the reviews f/Zone Motors & talked w/Ray (the General Manager). He was helpful, honest & easy to deal with. Since I wanted a specific car & they had it I decided to take a chance. It worked out well & everything went smoothly. I'm watching their web-site again since my grand-daughter will be driving (on her own) in ~8 months. I would buy f/Ray & Zone Motors again.

One thing you need to know about Ray is that he has somewhat of a hash bedside manner
But money is definitely his language and it doesn't bother him how he runs his business play ball and you will get a good deal! Don't like it buy elsewhere..bought my 86 mustang Saleen clone from Ray and I'm very happy with my purchase. The car was Honestly represented in the photos and in person. Ray worked with me Fairly and honestly. He told me that the car was rust free from California all true and was only a 2 owner 36 year old car.. paid cash and he took off more than 0000 that many zero's dollars o don't discuss stuff like that on the internet 😉

To each their own, but we had a great experience with Zone Motors. We purchased a car a couple months back. I wanted to wait to write this review to see if everything went smooth, even after purchasing, as some dealers just forget you even exist after you buy. They were great. We had a small issue with the vehicle, Ray told us to bring it in asap. He fixed it the same day and we couldn’t be happier. I’ll be coming back to purchase another vehicle in the future :)

I found the car I was looking for online at Zone Motors and dealt with the general manager Ray. He was very responsive to my questions and provide all documentation quickly. He assisted with my online car purchasing experience. He was accommodating to my selected auto appraiser who inspected the car and was very honest and up-front on the condition and state of the car. We reached a fair price and he assisted with completing the sale quickly. There was no pressure or issue with getting Ray on the phone or email requests. After the sale he was very responsive to questions and assistance with the shipping and paper work process. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in over 25 years and 5 vehicles.

My wife and I came in at 4 o'clock and were able to drive a new car off of the lot by 7, Joe was a fantastic salesman, and did not pressure us for anything. Not only that but the day after Joe also gave me a call and told me that he was able to significantly lower the interest rate on the financing that we had previously agreed upon, saving us over a thousand dollars. I would highly recommend him to my friends as well as shopping at Zone Motors in general.

I am so pleased with my experience! I was greeted and helped out as soon as I walked in the door! I waited less than ten minutes before I was in the vehicle I wanted to test drive. The sales guy who was helping me was very honest and very nice - I didn’t feel pressured at all! I ended up trading in my 2016 Subaru Outback for a 2013 Audi A4 and I am so happy that I chose this dealership. I have looked at so many different cars at numerous dealerships, and this one is by far the most comfortable and has the quickest service - very straight forward and made the trade in process extremely simple.

I bought a 2017 Maserati Ghibli, sight unseen, and had Ray ship it to me. I've never not test driven a car before buying but this was a great experience. Very happy, fair price, He got slightly better shipping quote than I did, and I received the car the day after shipper picked it up from him. Calls were returned extremely quickly after the initial inquiry and I was able to test drive the car within the next day. Salesman (Ray) was very non-intrusive about the test drive and pretty much left me to it, which is always a lot more comfortable. After the test drive, any issues I noted were fixed within days and any call I made to the dealership was either answered quickly or returned within an hour. The vehicle had some problems after I purchase it, which couldn't have necessarily be noted by the dealership, but they were more than willing to work with me. The purchasing process was extremely smooth and their affiliate, Star Motor Sales, helped me finalize everything with the help of Ray.

Talked to Ray about a supercharged Range Rover over the phone. A few days later flew out to purchase. It was a smooth process with financing and was on my way home with the vehicle I have been wanting. Super person to deal with. I would definitely be back and refer others. Top notch service.

I saw a vehicle on CarGurus that I liked, I called the dealership the next day. The sales team was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I was torn between the black Audi they had and a white one (since I’ve always wanted a white one!) , so unfortunately I did end up purchasing the white one. However, I will definitely come back and will recommend them to any of my family members as the costumer service was great!!

Let me start off by saying, this place was such a pleasant surprise. They had an ML 350 listed online that fit my needs and budget. I called to ask a few questions and I spoke with a young salesman named Karim. He was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. I didn't feel like I was being " played" at all. I still had to see for myself so I physically drove 3 hours to check it out .The car was exactly as described. The place was nice and clean. I met with Karim and his manager, test drove the car, worked out a fair deal, and now I'm driving my beautiful ML and lugging around 3 kids and a puppy. Thank you Zone Motors and especially the nice salesman Karim for helping me out. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. They gave me a great price for my trade in and worked with my budget and helped me ship the vehicle to my son who lives in AZ. The sales rep his name is Gabriel was very friendly patient and not too pushy like other places. Great looking car. Great price. I will definitely come back here for my next purchase! This is a great dealership to check out! The salesmen all have polite and positive attitudes, especially a man by the name of Karim! I drove one hour to this dealership to check out a car I was interested in and I was not disappointed. The car was exactly how it was shown in the pictures, and it drove very smooth! Karim was a nice salesman and truly wanted to help me get the car that I wanted, thanks to him I feel good behind the wheel of my new car :)

Found a great Lexus here that was as described and represented. Ray, Sam and Jesus were great to work with from test drive to inspection thru getting the deal done. Ray found great transportation deal to get my Lexus from Chicago to Ann Arbor, MI. Would buy from these guys again.
