Great customer service skills make customers feel very much at ease and welcome. they also are very knowledgeable of the products that they are selling. I would most definitely recommend a family or friends to stop on by to make a purchase of a new phone.

Best Store and I have been to quiet a few.
Today, LIZ and ANNA helped me. I leave for EUROPE in a few days, so they told me what I needed to do to have service. They showed me my sim card and how to remove it. While the did that they cleaned my whole phone and case. Very knowledgeable.
Very Professional.
Also, twice before, ASHLEY helped me.

Iliana is very helpful and knowledgeable of her products. Her friendly service goes beyond the sale. We purchase a phone for my mom and she sometimes locks it or does things that I couldn’t figure it out. Iliana takes time to show my mom how to work her phone when we can’t figure it out ! Great place,great prices and great service! Definitely recommend to all my friends and family !

One of the employees named Ana, was very friendly, and helped me and my husband with every question with a smile and over the phone. She has excellent customer service and I would highly recommend anyone to go to the Metropcs in Carpentersville and have her help them. She never made us feel as though our questions were not important.

I went in for a upgrade and left very happy. I missed the chance to do the survey but I wanted to make sure the manger knows that Anna is awesome. She was so helpful, and very patient with us. Thank you Anna for being so helpful!!
