Extremely nice establishment very well spoken, nice and kind staff clean rooms as well. If I’m ever in this area again I would gladly stay here.

Surprisingly clean for the price! This is a secret little hidden gem on a budget. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the area! I checked in about 30 seconds. Super convenient & clean laundry room!

A good experience all around. A spotless room. A nice polite night manager and a great price. I don't doubt that next time I'm in this region I will stay here. Bravo to this operation!

Rented 2 times at different times. The hotel is good. It is possible with dogs or animals. There is a shower and toilet in the room, a refrigerator, good wifi Internet. TV, parking near the hotel. There were no problems. It wasn't noisy. Great for the money !

Nice hotel. I have booked here for extended stay for multiple days now. Varship at the front desk is the coolest guy. Accommodating and helpful. Manny is a great and helpful guy too. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended for fuss-less accomodations. The supermarket Jewel is within 5 min walking distance. So is a Metra train station and a Pace bus station. Lots of nature nearby.

"You get what you pay for", and my experience was right on. Room was spacious with a large bath tub, nice desk, and a pleasant balcony.
I paid for a premium package and was NOT disappointed. I have stayed here twice and will continue to trust this location for my travels.

Great location, customer service is amazing and attentive. Rooms are very clean, we even ask for extra towels and bed sheets and they brought it to the room. Coffee is hot 24/7 at front desk. Quiet and safe with cameras for vigilance. And elevators. Totally recommended it. Thank you Bastin and Worship for all their help. Great place if going to navy boot camp graduation.

I stayed here while visiting relatives. This was at least my 3rd time staying here. The heat and hot water worked ok. The room was clean, and quiet except for the white noise of traffic. I am happy I did not hear the barking of dogs; the barking of dogs sets off my anxiety. I wish hotels whould not allow dogs. I had to go to the office to get my key-card reactivated on my second night because when first I tried entering my room on the second night, the door wouldn't open, the card wouldn't work. I got in after the staff reactivated the card. If available, I would stay here again when visiting relatives due to the location and price.

Nice Motel at the north of Chicago. 15 min by car from the nearest metro + 1 hour to reach downtown. Room was clean and comfortable.

Amazing stay after a disaster somewhere else. The personnel were excellent, especial shout out to Basti and Worship for all their help. The place location is very good, with malls near by. Sheets and room were super clean and bed comfortables, you can even choose the firmness of your pillow. And for the price, this inn is definitely a keeper.

Very clean rooms, comfortable bed with soft and firm pillow options. The bathroom was a bit small but it was well maintained and clean. The staff were courteous too.

Who knew that I could enjoy a Red Roof Inn so much. It’s obvious that the owners of this motel really care about the quality of their service. Everything from the 24/7 IT service to the freshly-renovated rooms to the way that the four pillows were arranged on my comfortable King-sized bed was just perfect.

My room was spotless. And it was skillfully located away from other guests, so my stay was also quiet. I also love that Red Roof always allows well-behaved pets totally *for free.*

This location was ideal. 30 minutes outside of Chicago (without traffic) and just 3 minutes to the nearest park (Somme Woods) which my dog loved to explore every morning. Plus, it’s just 8 minutes away from the Chicago Botanical Gardens, and mere minutes away from local recreational shops. I’m booking another stay at this Red Roof right now, seriously!

My friends and I had a great experience here. Front desk hispanic lady was super inviting and extremely nice & professional. Our check in and check out was very smooth. Had no problems what so ever here. Will come back here again whenever I'm in Chicago. Downside was no microwave in the lounge or bedrooms. Maybe add a microwave in the lounge area so we can warm up food. No mini-fridge in the bedrooms, but then again, we got the cheapest rooms possible at this inn. Overall, great experience with front desk staff and house keeping did a good job cleaning our rooms.

It was clean but the refrigerator needed to be defrosted and the pillows were all firm even though they were labeled soft, medium and firm. The clerk who checked us in wasn't very accommodating. We needed an iron and when we asked him for one he simply said no it wasn't available for our room. This surprised us because we have stayed at this and other locations for years and have never had this happen. We were able to get one in the morning from the manager who apologized and said he would address it with the clerk. The location is ideal with restaurants access to the highway and other conveniences.

The very best stay at Red Roof Inn. I was terribly sick when I arrived. The staff took care of me as if I was family and made sure that I was totally comfortable. Special thanks to Mathew who really made me very like a VIP during my stay. I will be back again and highly recommend this hotel to others. A truly great value.

Very nice property to stay, nice and clean..

Honestly this hotel was súper clean and comfy. The outside looks old but the rooms were clean and not that old. We stayed here for 2 nights. I was a little worry because we paid around 54$ for each night. but i recommend it 100%. Manny was súper friendly.

Needed a hotel at last minute. Granted the only room available was a king special, it was still relatively cheap and it was a great room. Very nice and clean, plus in a nice quiet location but still close to the high way. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

Room was neat and clean, the front desk clerk was so friendly and even cooperated for late check-out without additional charge which I never expected.
The location is descent and accessable to downtown Chicago and other areas.
Overall everything was awesome and deserve 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟!
