Big Bowl Lincolnshire

Everything was amazing. Would return. The only problem was it was so loud. We were a party of 9 and we could barely hear our neighbors. Conversation was difficult which made the birthday party feel a little less. The dessert tray had three decent choices but the chocolate was the best and my whole group agreed. My photos don't do the meals justice. The young male server was amazing for such a large party. If my reviews are helpful give me a like and or a follow.

Visited Big Bowl on a weekday for dinner and we could dine outdoors since the weather was nice! Loved the food, service and the nice outdoor seating.
Kiddo loved the sesame chicken which is on the sweeter side, we loved the cashew chicken and the Panang curry!
Unfortunately I had forgotten to get my credit card back from the folder when we left and only realized it a few days later. I called back and was surprised to find that they had kept it safely. After verification of identity, it was released to me. I very much appreciate the staff that saved me the hassle of cancelling and ordering a new credit card and the manager who was nice enough about the return process!

First time at this location.
wait time- we ad reservation but we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. place was very busy.
we were seated and attended by a very nice server. he told us that this was the first location of big bowl.food- we ordered vegetable Wonton soup and spicy tofu with rice. taste was amazing.
serving size- we ordered large soup which serves 2-3 people. but it was small servering size. someone like me who loves soups, can easily have by its own and still eat food. But it definetly does not serve 3 people. Bowl was good enough quantity and i feel they have reduced their serving size, or may be this location gives smaller size.
quality of the food- good
Noise level- Loud. music with alot of people seating close together which makes the place sound louder.
restrooms are clean and they have hand sanitizer just outside, which is something I really liked.
parking - does not have designated spots. the plaza was very busy on Friday night and we had to park behind the hotel and walk back.

The food here is great, and the service is always top-notch. One particular thing I like is how they deal with allergens. My son has a tree nut allergy, and this restaurant is excellent at dealing with that. The manager typically comes out and makes sure he knows what the allergy is. The staff uses clean cookware and dishes for my son's meals. They even have special plates with a red stripe around them that indicate those are plates that are used for patrons with allergies. We've been going here for years, and we will continue to go back.

The food portions here are really big which is great. I had the tofu pad Thai and it was so tasteful 😋 The cheesecake was also amazing 🤩🤯

Rosmeri, our server, as well as the rest of the staff was amazing! When we came, we had to walk quite a distance because of how packed the parking lot was, and were feeling tired as well as hungry when we got inside. We were immediately greeted warmly and quickly shown to a table. My wife and I felt that we received personal attention and were treated like family, especially by Rosmeri. We look forward to coming back soon and hope to have her as our server again!

We love Big Bowl and venture up to Lincolnshire as often as we can. We still wish LEYE would have brought it to Glenview as it would have been supported very well here. Maybe another location can be found like downtown Glenview where the food scene is about to get hot.

Amazing oriental cuisine .Had been there for lunch with friends. You start the order with their authentic freshly made ginger ale. They have many fruit flavors. Go for the chefs special bowl, with your choice of protein and sauce.

Amid a subdued lighting, dining is fine quality. Of the various items the menu offers, the stir fry bar was my favorite. After picking a protein, sauce and rice/noodles, one can customize their own stir fry from a large array of vegetables before leaving it in the chef's capable hands. For those who don't quite know what they want to put in it, there is the option of letting the chef pick. The potstickers seemed a little too soft but they were flavorful. A word of warning however, parking is very difficult to find but it attests to the popularity of the restaurant.

We are visiting from Nashville. Decided to try Big Bowl as it was close to our hotel.
I am a big fan of Oriental and Thai food.
The lettuce wraps were very good. The hot and sour soup is some of the best I’ve had.
The Chicken Pad Thai was spot one. Flavorful and perfectly seasoned. My wife had the orange chicken and it was a delight.
Our waiter was Jonny on the spot.
Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Highly recommended!

Beautiful restaurant. Good patio space. Friendly staff. Server was very efficient. Pineapple Margarita was delicious. Fun noodles with beef was tasty. Green curry tofu was awesome. Appetizers like potstickers were delicious. Edamame is good. Sweet and sour soup was great. Prices were reasonable. Ambiance is nice. It is good place to get dinner with friends and family. Chicken bites are good.

We loved our experience. Big bowl took extra measures to make sure our order was correct, tasty Ofcourse and hot by the time we eat it. If you are a vegetarian, they would make some good stuff for you. Ofcourse if u are a non- vegetarian then you have plenty of options to choose from anyway... if you want to try a new taste and cuisine then you must try it.

Started with a combination of vegetable and chicken pot stickers and edamame. Chicken wines were plump with chicken, but for more flavor, go with the veggie. Main plate was Mongolian Beef. You could really taste the impact of being prepared in a cast iron wok, it was fantastic. A lot of mushrooms and chives created additional texture foe a tasty dish. Have patience with the team on a weeknight. Service was done well, but you could tell that they were juggling a lot. Pay attention to their hours, as kitchen may close earlier than expected.

A beauty of essence atmosphere. Server was of pure joy. Laughs Love and Enjoyment with a decent price. The meal was magnificently wonderful I went back today ( the next day ) which in turn came to be an even more magical sight and eats. Thank you xoxo hugs n butterfly kisses xoxo

Visited Big Bowl in Lincolnshire after 10 years and it was even better than I remembered. The veggie potstickers were perfect. Plenty of vegetarian choices for the build-your-bowl option. Top notch service. Servers and managers are extremely attentive. Edamame could have been steamed a bit more but excellent nonetheless.

I ate here for the first time. I must say that the food was delicious. I had the dumplings for the appetizer and the stir fry with chicken and shrimp as my entree. The sauce was definitely the star of the show. Service was great and they are really quick with bringing out your food. I highly recommend!

Our family favorite place of 15+ years. Great food and quiet enough to have talks.
