I’ve been banking with them for many years. I took my daughter there to open her first checking account and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful! They were so excited for her and were interested in her plans for college. They really made her feel like she was their number one priority and they truly appreciated her business.

I've had wonderful quick and great service there for many years, even while I was stationed overseas. What was once a small town bank has grown in its services, but still treats me as special.

Well I've been a customer for ten years but the banker didn't care. I lose my password a couple times a year admittedly, but it only takes about 60 seconds for them to reset it. I went in to do this today around noon or so and the banker woman with glasses was absolutely livid at me. I don't know what I did wrong, but she was out of patience and scolding me before I even got referred to the desk. Ask any teller there and they'll tell you I'm always nice.

No "thank you", just just an angry "okay" followed by her angrily fast walking out of the center desk Island. Didn't even stay to make sure I was able to log in.

If I can manage a dinner rush of drunk customers without being rude, I'm pretty sure you should be able to assign a password. Just because your marriage is dysfunctional doesn't mean your attitude at work needs to be. This isn't the first time this has happened, so I think we're done here. Probably going to close my account soon.

Don't use this bank!! Worst decision I have made! I started this account when I was in college back in 2017-18ish and it was fine, now when I need to use my bank for payments I constantly get locked out of the app and have to call in and reset it! I can't even count how many times I have to change my password! They told me my Zella was hooked up and and was good to go for paying my rent and down deposit of a townhome and the transaction got flagged. My opinion just open a bank at a credit union!

I have been been banking here since 2014 and am TREMENDOUSLY disappointed. They just cannot keep their online banking functioning. I cannot get in with the app, cannot get in from the website. It seems to happen every weekend. I have not been able to access any of my accounts for 2 weeks. My wife was able to (using the same login) for a couple of days, now she can't either. So for another weekend, I am unable to move money from my electronically deposited check to cover my automatic bill payments. This is absurd and I now have to go through the trouble of moving all the automated payments to a new bank. If online banking is important to you, pick another bank and save yourself the trouble.

Stoped by today to exchange some small bills for larger ones. The clerk came right over to help me and just as fast told me without an account she could not help me.

New to River Falls and am looking transfer accounts from our old bank in New Richmond. guess I will just say I can’t do business with them because I’m to busy to wast my time as well.

My friend and I went in to take out money and the lady at the counter was very rude. We are both in our 20's and don't have a lot of knowledge when it comes to banking. She yelled at us for not having a slip filled out and then yelled at us again for not telling her that we wanted a variety of bills instead of just 20's, even though she didn't give us a chance to ask and just ran off to get our money. She was overall very rude and unprofessional to both of us. Not a good customer service experience.

I have never dealt with such a group of incompetent people!!!! Hours on the phone trying to activate a card and the woman ended up reporting it stolen... OMG!!!!! Now I have to call back Monday to ask for a new card!!!!!! Maybe if they hired people that spoke English....

The bank denied to open a savings account for my 6 month baby because I'm not a citizen. I'm a permanent resident had my Wisconsin ID card and my SSN card with me. The lady told me its their policy to only open accounts for citizens (which my son is) but she told me his father would have to open the acc for him not me. Even with all the documents listed in the website on my hands. Prejudice to say the least.
