I just wanted to take the time to thank my wonderful Vet office team for being so amazing. Everyone there is so nice and knows how to take good care of my Toby. They know exactly how to calm him down or to get him to stop barking when he’s really excited lol. I have been taking Toby here since he is a puppy and he is always happy to see them and happy when we leave!! Thank you to the technicians, front desk and doctors. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your hard work and positive energy. I call a lot sometimes with questions because I always want to make sure Toby is okay and they always reassure me, don’t make me feel like I’m bothering them, and answer all of my questions:)

They are super affordable and very flexible in any situation. They not only care about your pet but they care about you as well!

In my opinion there is no better vet out there better than them. Me and Toby are looking forward to our next visit:)

We took in our senior cat as a new patient for what we thought was maybe an eye infection. Our cat felt extremely comfortable with the techs and the vet and as an owner I truly felt like they cared about my cat. Unfortunately it was an ulcer was deeper than it seemed at first. At out check up on Friday afternoon they old us eye removal would be the best course of action (they did give other options as well which I appreciated) and we were scheduled for surgery on Monday at 7am. They were all so kind and patient when I was crying but I really felt reassured this is the best for my cat. The surgery and aftercare went extremely well and I am very thankful to the Cobb & Co team for taking care of my cat so quickly and gently.

Dr. Gilbert is fantastic. She was able to find out what is wrong with my cat who kept having stomach infections and was misdiagnosed by another doctor and put on the wrong medication. They took us in last minute as an urgent visit and found time for multiple phone consultations throughout the day. She explained her concerns and the test results very thoroughly, so I was able to make an informed decision on how to proceed, instead of just handing you a list of tests for hundreds of dollars and saying nothing, as many other paces do.
Overall great experience with the whole staff and special thank you to Dr. Gilbert for her care and professionalism!

We moved to Elgin months ago with our two young cats. We hadn’t found them a new vet yet. I noticed their clinic was close by and called them up to schedule a check up. They are great. The first time our cats weren’t cooperating in the back no matter what. It was their first time not being in the room with us so they told us to give them a sedative to help relax them and next time they’ll examine them in the room with us. I called them the day before to make sure we administer the sedatives perfectly for I like to know we’re doing everything right and they helped us find the pill pockets and when was best to give it to them.

The sedatives helped big time getting them into the carrier and with the exam. Dr Jacquie Cobb and her technician were amazing. We were in the room to help for they were both a little sassy even then and it turns out they were both overweight. Our male cat half a pound our female a pound. Dr Jacquie Cobb told us to use a treat puzzle so they have to play to eat which is what they’d do naturally. They took to them and it helped them to eat slowly too. They’re looking slimmer already and are zooming around more and it’s only been a few weeks. We’re going to take them in to get weighed next week and see where they’re at. We both love Dr Jacquie Cobb and everyone else there. We couldn’t ask for better.

Dr Cobb is so kind and empathetic. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend being your pet family to Cobb and Co!!

I've never had anything major done at Dr Cobb's but I just got my first puppy in 35 years and went to them on a recommendation. Their staff is great! They are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always so happy to see my little pup and they treat her so well. I like the communication section of the website. I sometimes send questions and they answer within a day. It's nice to asked questions and get answers from MY VET without having to go in. I also know I can trust the answer. Sorry Ms. Google.

Dr. Cobb and her team are amazing. They are there for you and your furry pets and take the time to listen and guide you. Got lucky to find such an amazing vet!

I can’t recommend Cobb & Co highly enough. Aside from the excellent care they provide for our furry family members, the staff always go above and beyond to make the experience great. They’re always friendly, and you can tell they really enjoy their jobs. Initially, we started coming here because it was so convenient to the house, and we lucked out for sure with how awesome they are!

Doctors Cobb and Gilbert were very pleasant to talk to and they provide great customer experience along with the rest of the staff. They took care of my pet's issues in a timely manner and were very accommodating. This is a great clinic. 👍

Staff is wonderful and thoughtful. Dr. Cobb cares deeply about animals and their owners well being. She is the best in the business.

Dr Cobb is so wonderful. She was able to see all of my "kids" on a short notice. She thoroughly examined and vaccinated everyone. She is upfront and honest about pricing. Her staff is very helpful and I was treated in a VIP manner. Highly recommended for anyone needing a vet!

I took my two dogs here for the first time this week. I take a very holistic approach to my pets care and felt that Dr Cobb respected my opinions. She was very informative and made me feel comfortable that I was making the best decisions for both of my dogs. Highly recommend!

Dr. Cobb is so friendly and helpful. She has been so patient with all my questions as a first-time dog owner. The assistants I have met so far are also very personable and great with my dog.

the receptionists helping me during my call were so helpful!! they truly went above and beyond to help me get to a conclusion of what was going on. seriously the sweetest people i've contacted yet when it comes to vet clinics.

Dr. Cobb and Staff did a wonderful job with my Senior kitty. The staff went over with me what they were going to do during his exam and Dr. Cobb was upfront about what the findings were and around how long it would take for test results to come in. She was friendly and shows genuine concern. I would definitely recommend them.

My puggle started shaking (he started having this issue back in September) also he was drinking a lot of water and, has been having to pee a lot. At the time, I took him to his vet and, she did some blood work. Turns out he has a bit of a kidney issue.

He recently started shaking (again). So, I called his current vet and, she's away on vacation. In the meantime, I thought I'd try Cobb & Co. I've heard their prices are reasonable. They did some blood work and, urinalysis tests. The results will be in, in a few days.

Yes, Cobb & Co. prices are decent unlike the Dundee Animal hospital. At Dundee Animal Hospital, their blood work prices start anywhere from $300/$400. My puggles vet as well as Cobb & Co. prices are around $200/$300 times less. Although, they're really good and, very nice with the pets. It's just that their prices (Dundee) are way too high. Anyways...

Aside from using his current vet, I will continue to use Cobb & Co. They are really nice and, they explain everything very well. They will give you pricing before anything is done. I do recommend them for any vet needs.
