As always, Apple customer service reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to swap out my new watch band (I ordered the wrong size) without any hassle.

Appreciate the ease of their online ordering and in store pick up process. Got a text message indicating that my order was ready so I wouldn’t show up too early and they sent a QR code to add to my Apple Wallet so that when I arrived, they’d simply scan it and knew what I was picking up. Pick up went smooth and Mike helped me out in a very courteous fashion. Despite the crowds the day after Christmas, I was in and out with my new iPhone and wireless charger in less than 10 min. Would definitely go back again given the speed and quality of service.

My brother and I went to buy the Apple Air laptop computer. The young lady salesperson was very knowledgeable and patient with my brother. The store has every Apple product you can imagine.

Susan was very nice and helpful during our interaction. My sister and I came in to get her iPhone screen repaired and Susan took the steps to make sure nothing else was wrong with the phone. The entire process from meeting with someone to the time we got the phone back took less than two hours. Very good customer service!

Today, I visited the Apple store with the intention of purchasing an iPhone 14. Despite it being my first direct purchase at an Apple store and the store being crowded with many customers, I was pleasantly surprised when a representative named Sophia was assigned to assist me within just 3 minutes of informing the store about my purchase plans. Sophia proved to be a sincere and knowledgeable guide throughout the entire process. She patiently answered all of my questions, provided detailed explanations, and helped me make informed choices. From the purchase and activation of the phone to ensuring the seamless transfer of data from my previous device, Sophia went above and beyond to ensure a superb shopping experience. Thanks to her exceptional service, I have decided to become a loyal customer of Apple and, specifically, this Apple store in Deer Park.

they are hands down my favorite apple store…i know some say it takes a long time to get an appointment there but i think the wait time is pretty standard & if the appointments had a quick turnover it would make me nervous they are my favorite apple store for a reason they are real good at making sure all your questions & concerns are met before you leave the store…Kudos to the entire staff!! i thank you all from the bottom of my heart especially cause i know i can be a lot to handle at times!!!

I've shopped at this Apple Store a number of times, and the experience has always been superior. The staff members are engaging, making sure to answer any and all questions, and they were very supportive. When I was migrating from an Android phone, they were transparent and made sure I was aware of the migration process and how data might not be transferred. Wait times have never been more than five minutes too. You won't be disappointed in the shopping experience at this Apple Store!

Apple products always have a beautiful design and are family reliable. The customer service is the best I have experienced at a retail store. The store itself is difficult to find because the Apple logo is white on a white background.

After being on the phone for hours with Verizon and apple support…Shaun and Anthony from this store fixed my problem in record time. They were both super professional and explained all the options to me and explained what they were doing to my phone. Note to self—always go to the Apple Store first!

Had the Blessings of the Owner of my Company to go pick out my computer laptop. Wasn't quite sure yet whether to go Apple, Microsoft or HP. After getting some advise from former Surface owners, they steered me to choose an Apple product, since I am more familiar with them. Had no appointment, on a Sunday, but was told it might be 15 minutes, 4 minutes later, Zoe R. was our consultant. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. Zoe then, showed me a higher end version as well as a middle of the road option. I wanted the all Black model, but that was not an option. (China manufacturing really doesn't care). So I went with the next closest, since I would be in the manufacturing sector and might have my hands a little dirty.
we then went ahead with the purchase and it was not an issue. I also bought a one year warranty which could be renewed annually (was on sale). Zoe then assisted with getting my laptop started. We were not able to get many options programmed since I needed some information from our companies IT Dept. Zoe noticed my displeasure and assured me if there were any problems to reach out to her and she would be able to get it taken care of.
Now that's proper customer service. We will follow up with Zoe when its time to update our old phones to the latest. Good people are truly hard to find, hopefully Apple appreciates them too. Cheers!
