Eric and crew did a great job installing a new clutch, rebuilt transmission and servicing my transfer case on my 1990 Jeep YJ. He kept me informed of their findings and progress.

Go somewhere else if you value your time.

Potter's told me to come in yesterday before noon. So I called at 9am to give them a heads up.

He says that's too late, I should have brought the car in around 7am. He suggested I come in today.

So I show up here at 7am and it's a ghost town. Been waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes and still nobody's here. (Sign on the window says it opens at 8). It's not a holiday.

Poor customer service, didn't call back when promised or deliver vehicle within quoted timeframe. It took 3x over quoted timeframe.

So I wrote this
Can't really judge quality because the car was there so long I had to take it somewhere else. Dropped my car off the beginning of the 2nd week of June. Call and no response. So I went there the next day. Was told that I needed a clutch and had to be ordered and another part needed to be fixed in my car. I knew that. So supposedly he ordered the clutch while I was there, pushing only a couple buttons and said it might be here the next day but probably Friday. Said that he will call when it comes in. No response. Total time for my car being there was about a month without it even being touched. My car sat in the parking lot collecting dust and dirt from the traffic going by, he also left the keys in it. Someone could have stolen it. While my car was sitting in the parking lot for nothing I had to find rides and borrow a vehicle for almost a month's time. Called numerous times with no answer. Had to physically go there to get any sort of reply. 4-5 times. The excuse was "had to order the part." "Waiting for it. "So waited an extra week still nothing. It took over 2 weeks to get the part and I understood because of everything that's going on now. Said he would work on it that week. I waited another 10 days after the part was "here" and the car was still in the same exact position as when it was left. I had people take pictures. I just got so fed up with waiting that I had to take it somewhere else. Ended up going to another place that fixed the same parts car in one day, and found another broken piece on it that the other guy never mentioned. Fixed everything in one day. If your car is there longer than 10 to 15 days, it's probably never going to be work on. So just go somewhere else. Not a good business. Bad place.
