Mattress Firm Bangor

This is the second time I have purchased from Mattress Firm. My first purchase back in 2015 was the best mattress I have ever bought so I was looking for a comparable mattress to replace it with. Carl was very helpful and I was able to purchase my new mattress and have it delivered in just a few days. I highly recommend Mattress Firm if you are in the market for a new bed!

I found the perfect mattress online. Price and delivery were my highest priority. The website was not working properly and I contacted the retail store directly. I cannot express in stars how much help I received from Carl in the Bangor store. He was courteous, professional and prompt in his service. His honesty and transparency made the sale for me. Thank you many stars Carl!

Went in with my 19 yr old son to pick out a mattress for his apartment last Sunday. The gentleman we dealt with was great to work with. Very personable and very knowledgeable. Went with a hybrid mattress and got the adjustable frame . My son loves it! Positive experience.

Jamie, at the Bangor location, was knowledgeable and helpful. The purchase was as smooth as butter. We found what we wanted and were out in less than 20 minutes. The next time we need a bed…which is hopefully at least another decade from now, I’m coming here!! 5 stars and more across the board!

The associate on the floor was very knowledgeable of my life choices of Mattress. I explained my room size Jamie showed me a few displays suggestion, I made a decision.
Mattress size King was not in store. But a few days can wait since My husband and I have been speaking since Christmas about getting a new mattress.
Jamie, was very helpful and the price was very appealing for my budget. It was a quick visit.

Jacob at the Bangor store was simply fabulous he had us try out I think every bed in the store . He was friendly, courteous and no pressure. We settled on The Purple bed he knew by what I said what I wanted and my husband wanted an adjustable bed and he made that happen . Great customer service

We worked with Karl on our purchase. Extremely knowledgeable, made the experience very nice. Choosing a mattress has been tough for us the couple of times we’ve done it. This was by far the best and we feel extremely confident in our investment. Thank you Karl!

Fantastic experience overall. The showroom staff were super helpful and explained all the advantages of each mattress. The delivery was just as good - they arrived in the time window they provided and gave me a notice when they were on their way. They were professional, courteous and competent and set everything up quickly. They showed me how to use the platform remote, and even helped me put on the mattress cover. Couldn't have been happier.

My husband and I dreaded the process of buying a new mattress. Kelly at Mattress Firm Bangor, Maine made it easy. She asked questions about our sleep style, shared her expertise and knowledge, gave us a pillow and showed us choices that might our needs. Kelly was so much fun, we laughed and shared stories. She led us to a mattress and base that was very comfortable at the same time looking out for our best interest! Her personal attention was really appreciated. 😊

He gave us several options, was very patient and helpful, answered all of our questions in a professional and concerned manner and seemed like he was truly concerned about our getting the best mattress for our particular needs. In addition, being a larger company, they will deliver our new mattress to DC without additional cost. The experience was 5-star all the way around.

What an amazing experience!! I stopped by mattress firm looking for a California king by Friday, the absolute impossible, and Carl found me one!!! Not only did he find me one ready for pick up on Friday but he found a base and the frame too!!! I will never go anywhere else for a mattress or bed purchase as long as Carl is there!!!!!!
